Is opting in to having the college board share scores with colleges a good idea or no?
Depends where you are going and how confident you are in yourself and your test-taking ability. Any school you pick will be the first to get your AP scores so you want to make sure that you are putting your best foot forward.
this advice is nonsense. Look at what scores you need to send in order to cover certain classes at your specific college. I got 3s on two of my exams and got English credit and history credit. Stop basing your academics on a number and instead expend your resources!
OR dont take ap classes at all. Way too hard for no reason and not many colleges will even accept them if you do apply to them.
I got a one on my ap calc exam...
If I’m majoring in bio do I submit a 4 if I get one
What do you do if your country and school doesn’t do AP classes?
why am i geting these videos i am a dumbass who drop out of high school years ago and all i do now is gamble.
What if my school only offers the ACT. Do i go with no scores or just the meideocore ACT score?
What if I’m going to a regular college
Can you please talk about nanyang college also ways to do good in igcse boars and which classes to take for computer science
Since when was a 1350 bad??
For a t20 or ivy league, its bad
Bro things he Rhett and Link
How about if I get a 3 in physics 1 but a 5 in both physics C
AP is not part of college acceptance
Most college don’t look at ap scores though right?
They all do it’s one of the factors of admission
Come to Germany baby
how about I dont submit any cus ap class hard
I got a 830 sat rip
So basically in mu country their are no AP classes so what should i fo about that can someone please tell?
Say to colleges that your school didn't offer ap classes and they will understand that and put that in mind
a 1350 is not submit worthy???
no
Yes it is
Depends, I'm an engineer and had a 730 on the math with a 1340, I submitted it and got into a top program at UT Austin. I'm not auto accepted either by class rank, which is more of a %10 acceptance rate at that point, so it is relatively competitive
Depends on what school and major you’re aiming for.
Oh, and your race
It is worthy for almost every school in the United States except for the top schools. Even then, it does not give you a 0% chance of admission at these schools.
Does this really mean anything ? I did terrible in school and make more than most of the kids who would call me dumb… Being a bookworm does not guarantee success.
Bookworm and academic aren't the same. But if you are very good academically in the right area it greatly increases your odds at 6 figures. Obviously a history, english, or art academic is not likely at all to make as much as a math or science academic.
@@UltraGasLighterSupreme I agree with your point. I just feel that so much is placed on nonsense. Maybe it is because I felt my time at university was a scam and I learned more about business selling candy bars as a youth then I did throughout my whole college tenure.
What if your school doesn’t even offer any AP courses?
Find another school
Why are you in your 20s still talking about college applications and high school
For people who are in high school and are applying for colleges
Because an 18 year old doesn’t have experience with this yet?
You’re literally COPYING gohar khan, you even ended with what he says at the last
everyone does that, and he’s just giving tips and helping with studies. a lot of people do that on youtube.
unless he’s stealing video’s or saying word for word it’s not copying, stfu.
They're literally brothers lmao
@@mira.r Yea , I just found that out in the video and wrote an apology to them…So, I’m truly sorry

I mean the advice is pretty accurate if you want to get into a top 20 school. Sometimes you need a bit of 🤓 in your life!
You can lie about your ap scores and get college credit if you dont have to take the subsequent level classes
Colleges can revoke your admission and degree even 50 years after the fact if they found out you lied about anything on your application
@@jahz_287 50 years you'd be retired lol. Don't need that bs anymore. Degrees is only to look good for the job I'm really not feeling this slave life
@@dustyzbrick9510 . It usually doesn’t take 50 years for colleges to find out. Maybe 5 or 10 depending on how obviously you staged it. And 5 years really isnt a long time in the grand scheme of things
@@dustyzbrick9510and colleges usually announce your degree is faked so it will be tough to get a job after the fact (considering reputation)
@@dustyzbrick9510 just dont lie. It never works
is 1350 bad? i got a 1330 :(
Bro I got a 950- something on my psat. I think it’s because I couldn’t get through the questions fast enough and the math was just hard.
@@jrodr9169 yeah i didnt get a very good score on my psat, I literally guessed all the math questions, but for some reason on the real thing the math was super easy.
