JP3 was what fully introduced me to the Spinosaurus and was what made me love it. Ever since I was like 6 years old, Spinosaurus was my favorite dinosaur and Jurassic park 3 just made me love it more but now it's my 2nd favorite behind Therizinosaurus and Acrocanthosaurus, not because Spinosaurus was as cool as they are, it's because Spinosaurus fanbase is pretty toxic.
Don't confuse the terms people!!! This isn't about Spinosaurus, it's about a whole bad movie. We don't have a problem with the dinosaur, but we don't like JP 3 (unfortunately, the only movie in which it is). The JP3 Spinosaurus made for a really good movie monster, it was large, powerful, bizarre looking, and that roar is forever iconic (it's horror, rage, other-worldly in one package). Definitely not a very accurate animal, but I bet the real animal can be just as scary without needing to beat a Rex.

I've always loved the spino, it's more aggressive than even I rex. T rex isn't ass scary as some of the dinos featured throughout the franchise. I love the design. Recently a paleontologist stated that spino was indeed bipedal.
My hatred for the spinosaurus stems back to jp3 when the trex had the spino by the neck. The trex teeth are serated railroad spikes. Those teeth would have destroyed the spinos neck. Therefore it would be dead. But jp3's producers wanted the next bigger star.
actually the trexes bite force has been nerfed since the very beginning of the franchise, since the novel, since the first movie. They never had a bone crushing bite force from the start of the franchise.

Originally I felt nothing special about Spinosaurus but the more I learned how WEIRD it is, Its just make me amazed that something like this actually exist at some point.

I personally was terrified of the spinosaurus just the way how it acts relentlessly towards humans and never stopping like in the chase scene that involves the family reunion where Alan and Eric are able to escape it’s jaws a normal animal would’ve just given up but instead it just bashes through the wall and continues to pursuit it’s prey which just shows you how much it’s want to kill the target
Btw in a Deleted scene the Spino had a child that was killed by the men at that start of the film which is why it is on a relentless chase after the main characters through-out the entire film

Back in 2001 the film-makers were treading unknown new ground with what they did and(hopefully) gained insight on the right ways and wrong ways in how to do it without angering everyone in the valuable audience and customer base. If the previous World movies have been anything to go by they did at least learn something. So far the whole thing kinda reminds me of this from TLW: “Don’t worry, I’m not making the same mistakes again.” “No, no, you’re making all new ones.”

As much as I hated Spino’s portrayal in JP3,I also love the design of the dinosaur,and hope that aside from rematches,the Spinosaurus could have more appearances and individuals appearing. As for the rumor that claimed “Spinosaurus would return in JWⅣ with a new design and swamp attack scene,as well as a rematch with T.rex that ended with T.rex winning.” I actually hope that this turn out to be true,in which we have a long-awaited rematch,a new disign,as well as having its time to shine before a rematch. The director had a grudge against the t. Rex. He thought it was a cowardly scavenger and had narrative to change people’s perception and that’s why he pushed the spino as the big bad mac daddy despite paleontologists evidence saying otherwise

I had no clue spinosaurus even exsisted prior to seeing this movie, ever since I first saw this movie it has continued to be one of my favorite dinosaurs.

I've heard for the new movie that's coming, spinosaurus is supposed to be making it's big return. What sucks is the producers of part 3 have lost the sound effects that were created for its roar, I'm hoping if they do bring it back, they can somehow recreate the sounding roar we all heard in part 3 and use it once again in this next upcoming film. If there are any changes to the look of spinosaurus that I know and love from the franchise, (not talking about the real accurate look it truly has) then I will turn against this entire franchise.

My biggest theory that make more sense than anything is that there ways two spinosaurus now as a hunter the rifle they used is a 20mm anti-tank round when they shot the airplane with the 20mm rifle you seen that it explodes no animal in existence would have survived being shot by that so it will only make sense that they killed the female and the roar was a death cry to let the male know that she is badly hurt and not going to make it so when the male found out he chased them trying tooth a nail to kill them for killing him mate because in the first Jurassic Park move the man who made the dinosaurs said they used the dna of frogs some frogs can change there gender it would only make sense they kill his girl now he's blind with revenge and nothing will stop him from complaining his vengeance
It's the same Spino throughout the film. The plane wound is on it the entire time. The maquette and animatronic have the plane wound. There was never more than one.

Yeah when i was a kid i ised to hate the spinosaurus for killing the t rex the second time I watched Jurassic park 3,after watching the movie i quickly search for any other spino vs t rex show down and one them i always watched was Jurassic park operation genesis were theres two kill animations of the spino or t rex losing the fight,and Even toys of stop motion animation back in 2010 although after 4 years i grew tired out of it since i find the spinosaurus to be cool dinosaur since its unique compared to other megatheropods in the paleo media and in the Jurassic franchise i then realized that its fine of who wins in the fight since its the writers decision of who wins or who loses after the fight was over and its also the first semi aquatic to be featured in these movies,if they ever bring back the spinosaurus in the big screen again i want to see it more in the water imagine what you could do with that a underwater horror scene like lake placid or jaws ,and if its a new spinosaurus it doesn't matter i just want to see it more in the water .

The JP3 Spinosaurus made for a really good movie monster, it was large, powerful, bizarre looking, and that roar is forever iconic (it's horror, rage, other-worldly in one package).
Definitely not a very accurate animal, but I bet the real animal can be just as scary without needing to beat a Rex.
I love the paleo realistic Spinosaurus way more and I like the one in jp3 it was the reason why jp3 is one of my favorite of the series

Thank you for pointing out the extremely good looking design for the JP3 Spino. That is also the reason I am very concerned about the rumors to have a Spino in the new movie wich looks "accurate" to modern standards. I despise this depiction.
I've always loved the spino, it's more aggressive than even I rex. T rex isn't ass scary as some of the dinos featured throughout the franchise. I love the design. Recently a paleontologist stated that spino was indeed bipedal.
My hatred for the spinosaurus stems back to jp3 when the trex had the spino by the neck. The trex teeth are serated railroad spikes. Those teeth would have destroyed the spinos neck. Therefore it would be dead. But jp3's producers wanted the next bigger star.
actually the trexes bite force has been nerfed since the very beginning of the franchise, since the novel, since the first movie. They never had a bone crushing bite force from the start of the franchise.
I also have a green Build-a-Bear of this predator that I have had for 12 years now.

Great video, but Camp Cretaceous is canon. It has been confirmed canon even before its release. They've also confirmed that the Spinosaurus in that show is the same one from Jurassic Park 3.
I bet in the new movie Jurassic World 4 Spinosaurus will be the villain Dino.
Originally I felt nothing special about Spinosaurus but the more I learned how WEIRD it is, Its just make me amazed that something like this actually exist at some point.

as a kid i hated the spino for killing the T Rex
but as i’ve grown and watched more Dinosaur movies.. the T Rex had to be removed from the spotlight every once in a while
I personally was terrified of the spinosaurus just the way how it acts relentlessly towards humans and never stopping like in the chase scene that involves the family reunion where Alan and Eric are able to escape it’s jaws a normal animal would’ve just given up but instead it just bashes through the wall and continues to pursuit it’s prey which just shows you how much it’s want to kill the target
Btw in a Deleted scene the Spino had a child that was killed by the men at that start of the film which is why it is on a relentless chase after the main characters through-out the entire film

Spinosaurus Jura king from Jurassic Park 3 is a favorite dinosaur and Spinosaurus Slicer is also a favorite Spinosaurus from Camp Cretaceous.

I mean I don't blame the fans. You suddenly bring up a new dinosaur, replace it from the main logo, kill it off, have a "T.Rex pee" scene where many fans claim that it means it was a Rex killer, the last point is just overdoing the dominance of Spino.
But I can't hate it, it's roars are brilliant, it's savage and strong and it's formidable competition to the Rex.
I badly want to see Buck and Spino fight in a 1v1.

@@White_Tiger1357 Sure, just remember that dinosaurs can either be killed tastefully or tastelessly. There’s a balance to everything. Back in 2001 the film-makers were treading unknown new ground with what they did and(hopefully) gained insight on the right ways and wrong ways in how to do it without angering everyone in the valuable audience and customer base. If the previous World movies have been anything to go by they did at least learn something.
So far the whole thing kinda reminds me of this from TLW:

Is it possible that you can both hate and love this thing? I loved how cool it looked, and I loved how powerful it was. But yeah, I was kind of mad that it killed T Rex who, at the time, I thought was the biggest and baddest.

As much as I hated Spino’s portrayal in JP3,I also love the design of the dinosaur,and hope that aside from rematches,the Spinosaurus could have more appearances and individuals appearing.
As for the rumor that claimed “Spinosaurus would return in JWⅣ with a new design and swamp attack scene,as well as a rematch with T.rex that ended with T.rex winning.” I actually hope that this turn out to be true,in which we have a long-awaited rematch,a new disign,as well as having its time to shine before a rematch. Sounds too good to be true but I hope this particular rumor is legit.
The director had a grudge against the t. Rex. He thought it was a cowardly scavenger and had narrative to change people’s perception and that’s why he pushed the spino as the big bad mac daddy despite paleontologists evidence saying otherwise
I hate the jp version or any other monsterified version of Spinosaurus (though I don't like monsterified versions of any dinosaur, I prefer the natural/realistic look) , I like the real animal though it's pretty cool 👍
Spinosaur is my favorite since his first appearance, he had incredible strength and speed as a sub adult.
I had no clue spinosaurus even exsisted prior to seeing this movie, ever since I first saw this movie it has continued to be one of my favorite dinosaurs.
I don't know why some Jurassic fans just hate on a dinosaur that doesn't appear that much on the screen, and when it comes to the real thing the fans know that it's not that strong and they just have the rex rip it apart. And that is just stupid, just because it killed 1 Rex it deserves to be a punching bag for the Rex.
Yes it's already been confirmed that camp Cretaceous and the sequel series chaos theory Is 100% canon so that spino is canon. Regardless of how you feel about the series the events canonically happen during and after the events of Jurassic world.
I've heard for the new movie that's coming, spinosaurus is supposed to be making it's big return. What sucks is the producers of part 3 have lost the sound effects that were created for its roar, I'm hoping if they do bring it back, they can somehow recreate the sounding roar we all heard in part 3 and use it once again in this next upcoming film. If there are any changes to the look of spinosaurus that I know and love from the franchise, (not talking about the real accurate look it truly has) then I will turn against this entire franchise.

As a Kid yeah I used to hate the Spinosaurus when it killed the T. rex the same way when I used to hate King Kong but years later I forgive them and like them now
My biggest theory that make more sense than anything is that there ways two spinosaurus now as a hunter the rifle they used is a 20mm anti-tank round when they shot the airplane with the 20mm rifle you seen that it explodes no animal in existence would have survived being shot by that so it will only make sense that they killed the female and the roar was a death cry to let the male know that she is badly hurt and not going to make it so when the male found out he chased them trying tooth a nail to kill them for killing him mate because in the first Jurassic Park move the man who made the dinosaurs said they used the dna of frogs some frogs can change there gender it would only make sense they kill his girl now he's blind with revenge and nothing will stop him from complaining his vengeance
It's the same Spino throughout the film. The plane wound is on it the entire time. The maquette and animatronic have the plane wound. There was never more than one.

Yeah when i was a kid i ised to hate the spinosaurus for killing the t rex the second time I watched Jurassic park 3,after watching the movie i quickly search for any other spino vs t rex show down and one them i always watched was Jurassic park operation genesis were theres two kill animations of the spino or t rex losing the fight,and Even toys of stop motion animation back in 2010 although after 4 years i grew tired out of it since i find the spinosaurus to be cool dinosaur since its unique compared to other megatheropods in the paleo media and in the Jurassic franchise i then realized that its fine of who wins in the fight since its the writers decision of who wins or who loses after the fight was over and its also the first semi aquatic to be featured in these movies,if they ever bring back the spinosaurus in the big screen again i want to see it more in the water imagine what you could do with that a underwater horror scene like lake placid or jaws ,and if its a new spinosaurus it doesn't matter i just want to see it more in the water .
