I'm a huge fan of The Beach Boys and had never heard of this band (anything pop/rock post-80s is a mystery to me!) but its a decent cover. Like the video style and the instrumentation. The vocals are cool too!
I honestly had only heard of these guys then i find this gem of a cover... No song off of Pet Sounds is easy to cover let alone in a wat that ya know Brian would love... Those 64 dislikes came from Mike Love... Jk.. He is very egotistical to but to say that he wasn't also a pinnacle part of the group would be a lie... They were all artists. Love & Mercy
Very good rendition of a classic hit. Yet I can't explain how incongruous it seems to watch a new band cover a song that was so meticulously written and recorded more than 50 years ago; perhaps because no new acts nowadays are writing the same way.
