    Thank you for sharing. I also find the store bought ones have cumin which I'm guessing by this video is not traditional?

    Do I use it alone or with other spices or aromatics? Do I put it with stock and tomato paste or with coconut milk when I make a 'curry'? Do I still need ginger, garlic and onions? How do we use it, besides sprinkling on rice? I like your options but I am specifically googling today for this and it's not coming up so this tells me I'm completely confused regarding how to use it.

      Yeah you still need the other stuff. Search for Indian lunch recipes and you’ll see how and when they mix it in
