Hi, I wonder if you could perhaps clarify what the differences and uses are of brown rice vinegar, white rice vinegar, rice vinegar and white wine rice vinegar.

In the mid 90s CIA had a thanksgiving special on PBS. That year I went by the recipes to the letter, especially the gravy recipe. It was fantastic. The Best gravy I have ever made. Every year since then I try to find that episode. Where is it? I hope it turns up online sometime. Please don't say it's a lost episode.

In Indonesia we call as pisang tanduk......and u know in Indonesia we have so many kind of banana, banana = pisang, pisang lampung , pisang emas are very small, pisang kepok, pisang nangka, pisang uli , pisang tanduk are better to cook first, pisang susu, pisang raja, pisang ambon, still so many kind of banana here.....there is banana from Papua island more bigger than pisang tanduk
