Stay at home mom first try, my butt was worked out as well and it feels like my thighs were worked out too but I never really exercise either so this was definitely needed❤

This really works. I’ve been doing it for 6 weeks and the results are telling. I do indeed have defined abs. *Noting that I wasn’t overweight, body fat 20%, visceral fat 1% and subcutaneous fat 11.8%. First time I did this it was really difficult! Now I happily do it every day.

I don’t know what hip flexors are and google isn’t being clear enough for me to understand. I know the top of my thighs feel like they’re getting worked more than my lower abs on the windmill and toe touches. Am I doing it wrong then?
Is it possible to lose lower belly fat without dieting. Can anyone give tips?
you lose fat when you are in a caloric deficit. This can happen either by lowering the food you consume or by working out more, or by a combination of these two. You can't spot reduce though. The fat distribution on your body is genetic. What you can do, is incorporate resistance training to make your body appear more symmetrical by building your muscles (e.g. if you have a pear shape you can work on your shoulders to get close to an hourglass shape etc.). Hope this helps. I am by no means an expert, so perhaps search about it more on the internet!

The fourth exercise was too difficult for me, my body is not strong enough to go through this! 😅 I did mountain climbers in the same time slot, to keep the core engaged with something I can perform in the right way 💪🏻
I still can t do it ,( stopped trying after 5 years) depends on your lower back strength I believe..
3rd exercise REALLY REALLY works saw results once I used that one and " russian twist " ex in my routines. Windshielp wipers and leg circles are easier alternativas to " russian twist".
