i love these type of declutter videos. they’re long enough to be used as background noise when i’m trying to sleep, and great to watch when awake to see if the products on my wishlist are worth getting

I am also a fan of falling asleep to declutters. Think it's the combo of slight clicky, thunky sounds of makeup packaging closing and someone speaking

Declutter videos used to stress me out because I personally can’t ever throw anything away but I’ve come to realize they are super relaxing to watch. I like when others declutter; I just won’t do it for myself.
Me neither, I can't declutter my things because I spent my money on it, but I love watching others and listening to their reasons!
As average consumers I think only decluttering once something is so old the formula changes is fine. We spent our money we need to get good use.
I guess it’s easier to decutter when you get the products for free and have a ton of the same category.
I will never understand why Sol insists on packaging their products in a gd frisbee; what a pain in the ass to store. I kept saying "where's the Colourpop???" and was relieved when you remembered them 😆I recently got Georgette and I think you might like it too.
Declutters are some of my favorite videos to watch. It helps me limit my wish list since I’ve been on a no buy.
I love watching your declutters because u don't get rid of things for shock value or because you have a rigid goal set. You declutter only the things you know you are ready to get rid of and you keep only the things you love. That's so satisfying!

thank you for this! it really helps me narrow down my wish list. you have a darker skin tone than me, but not by much, so I can use your shades as guides. plus you help me to consider shades I usually wouldn't (although I cannot do orange on my face except eyeshadow, I can't even pull off warm toned reds).
I felt this entire comment. For me my skin tone will pretty much rock any color eyeshadow, highlighter, blush, and lippie with the exception I'll be a hot mess if i wear a classic red lipstick. To be fair as a child red in general like clothing looked bad on me as well. No problem these days as long as it's not on my lips. I have to darken or top with a nude to make it work.
I do not like declutter videos, they make me feel jealous. But, yours and Theresa's declutters are the only ones I can watch. I think it's a personality thing 😊. Thank you so much for your daily videos right now, I watch every morning while doing my own face for the day.

Watching declutters is so relaxing and fun. I like to see why people get rid of things. I decluttered this summer and got rid of 2 diaper boxes worth of makeup. It was so nice to be able to bring my collection down and pass them on to people who would use them. There’s no better feeling in declutters!

I wasn't a fan of it either. I bought Bora Bora and it was too stiff, which made building and blending more difficult

I've got a friend who works at an art school. I give them alot of my older items, they use makeup as a pigment base or pigment mix-ins don't ask me how, but I know they've used even older things since it's going on canvas, not the face.

I love declutters despite my huge makeup collection and my difficulty with it. I do share a ton with my family and friends. I don’t need to ever buy makeup again and still wouldn’t use it all. This is why I’m on a low buy. ❤❤❤ love you and your videos.
I have both the Oden's eye big highlighter palettes and between the two, I know I have the highligter I need! The tones and different finishes I really enjoy. So happy I have them and use them all the time, but I do really love the new Oden's eye blush/highlighters xD

I just picked up Sigma Bronze Star and it instantly became my new fave! Sigma’s blush formula is incredible. I need a burnt terracotta in that formula 🤞🏽

The elf primer infused blushes actually have great staying power
Just saw that Pat McGrath x Bridgerton face palette in TJ Maxx earlier today and was totally flabbergasted. Guess people didn't really care to buy that for full price.... who would've thought Pat McGrath would end up in the same store as Kat Von D 😅 btw saw the eyeshadow palette as well
I’ve seen Tom Ford, Chanel, Louise Vuitton , Charlotte Tilbury, Wayne Goss, Mac, and many other high end makeup brands in my TJ Maxx. And that’s just the makeup. It’s not the death of a brand. It’s simply overstock that didn’t sell. And Bridgerton was totally boring in my opinion.
@@jaycruzjr4822 I totally agree. Definitely not a sign of the brand "dying-out" but still both shocking and exciting to find for a much cheaper price. Ngl tho, if I bought a product like that for full price at launch and then later found it in TJ Maxx for 40% off I'd be pissed 😭😭

I always find it odd that packaging matters to people so much, like the size and shape but then I realize you have huge collections and so many options that you have to choose somehow. Obviously quality of packaging matters to most people because if it's falling apart you literally won't be able to use it.
I don't fully get it, but I only buy things that check both boxes for me - good quality product and amazing packaging. I find that it adds to the experience to use such beautiful things haha!
I don't understand why someone would keep a product they don't like just because it has pretty packaging. Nice packaging is great but it's not nearly as important to me as the product inside.
@@Cara-39 I agree. I just decluttered the gucci bronzer and pressed powder. Both absolutely beautiful packaging but shit products in my opinion. The bronzer is patchy and removes my foundation underneath and the power is really white powder on the face. It's unfortunate though because they're expensive af. My 13 year old daughter likes them hahaha. She's probably keeping them for the name on the packaging to brag or something weird.

I recently did a declutter myself because I felt overwhelmed by my collection. Now I'm only allowing myself to buy eyeshadow or products in a category I've completely run out of.

I like the Milani cream blush better than the elf putty blush. I decluttered mine less than two weeks after getting a couple of them.
I have light to medium skin, and got the Low Lights palette when I saw it in last year’s declutter. It’s just beautiful, even on my skin tone.

I have been loving the nyx wonder stick, but more for contour. I have found rubbing it on a brush then stipiling is best.
I love that you think the Vieve blush is unique, I’ve followed Jamie since the dawn of time and it makes my heart so full that it’s Angi approved! (I have mine in Pesca and it is 🥵)
your blushes show me how boring my blushes are😂 mine are all pink, varying tones of pink, and I only have 1-2 somewhat peachy blushes (1 is the elf bite size blush in cantaloupe, and its soooo pretty, but i feel like it looks so unflattering on my skin tone😭), but I really want to get more and expand the variety in my collection!
Even though this is the makeup category in which I own the least items (I don't wear blush), I still love watching these videos!

Natasha still has the duo glow blushes. They're some of my faves. XX Revolution has a cream bronzer that's very similar to the ABH formula. My winter shade is candid.
I bought the vieve bronzer and piazza blush after watching you try them. I loved the bronzer color but I have a slightly darker skin tone (true medium to med/tan depending on the season).

I think I know your makeup tastes and preferences too well, I was expecting every single product that you decluttered to be decluttered 😂😂 Really like to watch you decluttering because you keep what you love and don't put away things for the sake of making space (which is totally understandable because no house is expandable lol) which is realistic to me as very few people outside of RUclips would get rid of a product just to make space as we buy almost everything with our own money (or maybe it's just le who is too attached to my things 😂). I can't help but wonder if the Oden's eye palette is decluttered because of hard pan... I adored mine, but it started to hardpan after a few months of use. I still have it but now hardly use it as it is a pain in the butt. Apart from the super sparkly shade, I have no issues with that one.
In a video previously you said you were missing a colourpop bronzer, I didn't see a colourpop bronzer container like you have for their blushes. Do you have one and could the missing one be in there?

I wanted to get the purple mirror with your pallet and I wanted the purple highlight but I controlled myself because I also wanted to get the WhatsApp beauty eyeshadow palettes I usually make a list throughout the year of what I want and wait for the holidays and then on Black Friday get what I can get my hands on and be grateful that I got what I got I still have products from last Black Friday that I haven't even used yet so I try to just buy once a year the only makeup product I buy over and over during the year is mascara and eyebrow pencil but now I finally have enough eyebrows I'm looking for the perfect tinted wax or gel the nix one is just not the vibe on me but still trying to find the perfect brow product
This makes me realize I have way too much makeup for someone who isn't a makeup influencer. I gotta declutter too 😭😭
