Ha Lea, I love these tips. I actually do not take my phone everywhere but have to admit if I take it, it consumes attention. I also discovered that I have better conversations driving my car, because I can better actively listen. Your very first tip touched me in many levels as I today stated on Twitter the following (in Dutch), I said: It is easy to meet people with the same views as you. However it is more interesting to meet people with different views and have meaningful discussions and discover comunalities. I wrote that statement because I was getting fed up with the daily anoying fights between people on Twitter who are only attacking eachother and don't (really) listen. In the few weeks I discovered your channel it has become one of my top 3 favorite channels. Also because of the positivity you bring it, and the fact that I see that you take the time to answer so many reactions. Grtz from The Netherlands again, Patrick
btw. Feedback is for me the most difficult to ask. Tip 11 is btw for me a problem, because I am criticaly ill. However I am very much on my way with doctors to get better and very motivated to start my walks which I have done in the past again. So do not worry. 11 is comming again. I do my shopping by foot, so a bit 11 already. For you in tip 12, something small to learn, a little line in Dutch, however do I hear a little German accent? In that case it will not be that difficult: Dank je wel dat je me vandaag weer wat geleerd hebt.

I can only second what you said above about active listening in the car, getting a lot of value out of discussions with people that have different opinions and experiences. Also, I believe nobody is perfect so if you are making progress and are aware of your goals regarding daily activity etc., that's already a great start! Love to hear that I have climbed under your top 3 channels and hope to eventually make it to #1 ;) Also, you have heard right and I am German native speaker, so Dutch is in fact not too far away.
