    My mother says this was yummy 😋, we added thinly sliced radishes to the tea sandwiches. I don't eat hard boiled eggs, but it turn out beautifully. The eggs were cooked perfectly, can't wait 2 serve them at a luncheon. ..thx marie from 🇨🇦

I'm Italian, and speak English quite well. Would I put up a non talking video and oddly include everything in Italian? Answer that...

      Yes, you can use other brands or varieties. Yellow mustard will be tangier than dijon.

    Hey! What if I don't have any access to Dijon mustard? Or mustard? Will the salad taste good without adding mustard?

      It will taste more creamy as the mustard adds a nice little bit of tang. Do you have apple cider vinegar?

    When boiling water how high is it?

      Medium-high to high depending on the power of your burner.

      You can have the flame as high as you want and you will not be able to get the temperature of the water any hotter than 212. Why? Because water boils at 212 F and becomes vapor. Regardless of how hot or high the flame is under the pot, the temp of the water will hold at 212. In fact, one way of calibrating your thermometers is to stick it into a pot of boiling water. If the thermometer is accurate, it should read 212. If not, then calculate the difference. The next time you use the thermometer, be sure to add or subtract the difference to get an accurate reading of the temp.

    If you add cold eggs to boiling water there is a good chance they will crack, 12 minutes is way to long, 6 is all they need
