Mi piacciono sia Ramey che Furlanetto: hanno ciascuno il proprio lato migliore da mostrare. Ramey era più agile, più elastico, Furlanetto era più potente con note gravi più profonde. Due bassi stupefacenti. 🌈🤩🤩👍

Sorry, but I have to disagree with your opinion. In this case Furlanettos voice is just too heavy. Ramey s voice is lighter than the air....
Tick Tack There are two different types of singer. For this character (Milord Sidney) I think Rossini too would prefered Furlanetto's voice!
With all due respect, I would have to agree with Lubos Cerveny above. Furlanetto's voice, while one of the greatest bass voices of our time, is simply too heavy for this role. Ramey's lighter voice and exceptional flexiaility and agility are what are required here.
No, not even close. Furlanetto is too throaty.
Not as good as Samuel Ramey.
