NOT an EDC flashlight. Momentary is moonlight, which is useful for...nothing. Maybe for checking the time on your watch, but too dim to walk with. Oh! I know! It doesn't kill night vision. The GITD body is nice. The UV light is useful for lighting up a small area at night, but kills night vision and disturbs others. The white side light does not work as a lantern or work light, and is poor for reading. The front light seems to avoid any useful lighting levels. The turbo mode is so fleeting, it may as well not exist When I tried to use the a25 during a power outage, it was useless. I had to get an AA flashlight. The output from the a25 was totally inadequate. I ledt it on, anyway. The battery died. The AA continued on. I was unable to find the a25 with a Nichia emitter. The harsh, cool white light is just terrible The a25 does not tail stand. Not a biggy, but certainly yet another shortcoming. Then there is the sloppy, archaic micro USB charging. The clip loves to break off, due to the poor design. Not EDC. Not suitable for pocket carry. Not EDC. The price, size, weight, function, output, UI, and durability are all fails. Not EDC. The a25 is NOT an EDC flashlight. It at best makes a poor bedside light. Really, I struggle to find anything useful or though out about the a25. The a25 is junk.
@@gearghost3049 would you know the differences, tried comparing then online on their site, but couldn’t see any. I have ordered the A25 already though :/
@@DarthP4nda nice, A25 is choice 🤙 and as far as I can tell the differences are what part glows (A25 is the whole body, A28 is only the battery carriage), the led choice, and a slight difference in UI. In the A25 the momentary mode is turbo, whereas I believe on the A28 the momentary mode is moonlight
Man this video is pure ASMR 🙂
LOL just kidding I bought one of those flashlights so I'm appreciating your content hope you enjoyed the joke
Great video, clear voice and nice lighting.
Helped me make a decision to purchase the light
Why does everybody want to be frank, who is Frank, and what does Frank do
People can spot you in the dark
The review is very helpful. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience pertaining this flashlight.
Glad it was helpful!
Too l;ong
Great review. Again, too bad they removed the moonlight mode. And unlike a5/a25, the glow is actually from the battery holder inside the case.
Moonlight mode would definitely have been appreciated on this light!
great review, i bought it
Sweet flashlight! Seems very versatile and compact
Exactly! It has a lot of utility
I would buy this in a heartbeat if it were IPX8. I would attach it to my PFD for my kayak.
also subscribed thank you
Awesome, thank you!
Good light but it kinda looks like a perfume bottle
Awesome review

Guess yours was broken dude.
Nitecore TIKI, Tiki LE, Tiki GITD all seem promising keychain flashlights. You should take a look at it
I've definitely noticed those as being very similar to the Rovyvon lights, might have to pick one up!
Bro yr video kind of dark... Background lighting not that sufficient....
I think you’re blind
The new A28 offers the nichia 219.
True! There's some other differences between the A25 and A28 as well. I do think it would be nice if the nichia was offered on both models though

If someone has both and would like to verify those differences please do
