- 24 hours might not seem like a lot but we got to feel and experience the essence amsterdam has to offer. even though we were actually here for 2 days the weather was super rainy and very hard to film much so here are 24 hours in amsterdam full of all the local eats, some vintage shops, and perfect activities 😊
PS. it's been kind of difficult to edit videos and keep up with work while traveling, 🥴 but I'll hopefully get back on the weekly schedule soon!

The Netherlands has definitely been extremely rainy the past few weeks. Luckily we've had a few sunny days now! I'm glad to see you had fun!
This is normal weather and eind of August even up till October the weather is like Indian Summer. So Yes, there are some rains but that is just normal for 50 years now that I am living here.

I visited Amsterdam for the Vermeer exhibition earlier this year, having not been there for many years. Still an absolute must-do destination, I love it there!
As a dutch I prefer it all plain😂 plain stroopwafel, plain pancakes with syrup, plain poffertjes with butter and sugar. Ive never tried those lavish combo’s lol

I love Amsterdam! I‘ve been there multiple times and I think it’s one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and I usually hate visiting cities, I am more of a beach kind of vacay girl 😄😄

a pancake in the Netherland and Belgium is what you call a crêpe, which is de french name for pancake. The big fluffy pancakes you know we call american pancakes or "poffertjes" and even poffertjes aren't really the same :p
Also the time you said "stroopwafel" different is the right way, two "o" don't become an "oe" sound int Dutch, it is just a long "o" :p
If ever again in Belgium, it is worth visiting Mechelen (Malin), Leuven, Hasselt, and Maasmechelen, or more towards the coast Gent, De Haan, Ieper
