Those rolls look like the real deal! My yeast rolls that I used to bake with gluten looked just like that! Yours are much simpler though-the ones with gluten require 2 rises. I'll have to try these. Also loved seeing your little guy get involved with the cookies!
I've tried to make my own GF mixes and had so many GF things I've had to throw out because they weren't close enough to the texture that gluten provides. 🙃 😑 These are so quick and easy to make! My little guys always wants to "help" but if I walk away for one moment... 🤣😂
