There is a Vulkan DX9 injector that is a godsend for older gaming on ARC, it makes a night and day difference in games like GTA4 or Oblivion. They were playable before but the lows were not great, the injector patches that right up. Look up the channel RandomGamingHD. he did a test of it with his A750. It should also fix visual glitches and funky vsync issues.

if push comes to shove there is a Vulkan wrapper out there for DX9 and DX11 that fix a lot of the more popular older games that have problems on Arc, that being said it's clear Intel is taking it's driver issues very seriously.

Thank you Sam for lending the A770 to Phil for a video, here in Australia for $699 the A770 matches 3060 & 6700XT so comparable to nVIDIA for performance but behind AMD,
it does seem currently depending on the game the Intel GPUs are Hit or Miss, they either work really well or it is just a nightmare especially with older DX versions, so it will be interesting to follow how Drivers advance.

Might be worth giving DXVK a shot, there's a windows build and it improves the performance on non-vulkan titles for arc quite a bit in some cases, by converting the api calls to vulkan before it hits the card. The windows build isn't as well documented online as proton is in linux, and you can't use it with Windows VR games like you can in Linux (except for HL2VR), but it works. Does seem to work with some anti-cheat on windows too, but YMMV, do your own research before risking it. No brainer for singleplayer games though, even on non-arc cards in many cases.

they really need to optimize the DX9 API, games with dx9 run significantly better on Intel Arch GPUs when they are run on Vulkan using DXVK.

That's really nice to see something new in that 20 years old duopoly. I hope that Intel aims for the high end this time because low/medium specs GPU cards basically disappeared now that every CPU embeds one.
Does every cards comes with LED now ? Does anything exists without LEDs in 2022 ?
