Handy, don't think anything like this exists in UK, we have 4 or 5 big national operators and then a few that sub out to independents but I don't think owner/operator 1 man band type companies are as widespread here
Good work Sam. Just a couple of pointers from my point of view. The insulation sleeve on your Jack cut it in half and slide it up toward to where the bumper hits the jack handle. Works wonders. Second thing is just a word of advice. Don’t put anything in the back of the truck until you get a wheel back on. If your jack fails, probably wouldn’t be good. Lol. Stay safe and keep rocking!
I'm assuming that was a insurance type of a deal that paid for his roadside assistance... Who did he have for insurance and who is it that you were signed up with for insurance companies that you are on their call list rotation
Had a coworker who set a company record with a 1:15 change, dashcam confirmed it...guy was retired pit crew, vehicle owner already had spare out. It took him longer to set up the jack than to change the tire lol.
You forgot to put air in the spare. You didn't mention the survey either. You should have all your hand tools with you the first time you walk up to the truck including the tire lowering crank tool. You didn't plant the seed for a tip either. You should have pulled your truck up closer and cocked it at an angle to the right side of the road in case of the truck getting hit and pinning you between the two truck bumpers. You also didn't have any flashing lights. You're welcome
I’m looking to start a roadside business myself I Havel almost everything I need besides 1/2 impact Gun & universal tire kit I am in south Fl do you have any advice on how to start getting people to call you?
Nice job. Do you have an app for all your calls or does each motor club you're with have their own app?
I use tow book and get most of my calls through there

Why not use a torque wrench when tightening the wheels? Wouldn't it be fine to tighten them with a prescribed controlled effort?
When he puts it back on you'll see he has a torque stick in his impact their used at dealer ships all the time
Nicee💪🏽
How do you find out a state’s requirements to be able to do business
How do you get most of your business
What socket set is that?
you walk back and forth way to many times without carrying anything at all, could have carried the jack over a lot sooner
Your one video was really helpful but your a lil too arrogant 🤷🏿♂️
