Awesome video! I’ve always focused my training on accuracy and put speed on the back burner. It wasn’t until I got serious that I realized you need to have a good balance between the two. Something I’m struggling with currently is giving up some accuracy for fast, effective hits.

Hey Achillies was wondering is there 9mm ammo available that would provide a decent impact against body armor? Seeing as active shooters seem to prop body armor of some kind what would you recommend apart from a patrol rifle?

Find efficient methods so you don’t give up accuracy. It’s an efficient discipline.
