Excellent point made by Paul. We dont have to slow down. We just have to do it right. As we search for perfection, working with imperfect tools and living in an imperfect world, this should always be our mindset.
Alibi: Kudos to Achilles Heel Tactical for not avoiding these..."gun-unfriendly states" and getting quality instruction out there, in states where Americans might find it difficult to get good quality instruction and like this, learn skills like how to self-assess ones own performance.
I just did this drill yesterday with Paul in NJ. This was 1st class with you guys and it was everything I had hoped it would be. I have a lot of room for improvement, but first time doing it with rifle I got a 15.79.
Paul brought up a great point that you can't expect to bring your best every single day but by constantly making and achieving goals you can maintain a personal average that you can rely on
Good stuff brother my pact timer will be in this week. I appreciate all of AHT team been following Rick for several years now. Seeing a squared away channel and seeing how he brings in like minded and skilled men working in LE for me is greatly appreciated always willing to gather as much knowledge as possible and go out and apply. Hopefully I get to make the CQB in San Antonio brother. Rick you da man brother 💪🏽STAY STRONG 💪🏽
Mass and CT both suck, but I am not surprised to see that things are similar in regards to how people will equip themselves as best they can even under those circumstances.
.14 splits. I can't imagine that lol. My fastest while staying hit my target at 10 yards is .20, once. I missed the target but got .19 once trying to go as fast as I could
@@mjohnstonflyingthat dude has a damn monkey grip, that slide would just cycle right back in a straight line, yes comp helped but I'm sure he'll still get the same outcome with that grip and shooting experience.
@mjohnstonflying T1C recently demonstrated that porting is the most effective, but it can have downsides. As for different division, IDPA now allows comped and ported guns. Things are changing, and it's up to you whether you get left behind. What's the downside of having faster split times? What's the downside of having a gun that you can control better especially in a compromised state such as one handed? I don't see why people shouldn't embrace technology when they can. As for this guy, he is going to shred with or without it. I have listened to him enough to know he knows what the hell he is talking about.
This dude literally has shooting broken down to a science. Very good information!
just stumbled across your channel, new sub here. Probably the best instructor on youtube. Great stuff
@@July4-1776 glad to hear it man!!!

@@hookedup302 that’s awesome man. I’m stoked to hear that! Paul is a great coach and teacher and a phenomenal shooter to learn from!
Good stuff boys 🤙🏼. The way Rick and Paul break things down in detail is incredible. Love every bit of it 🔥👊🏼.

Those tight ass pants are a must for supreme accuracy!
Love it
As an instructor, I appreciate this video.
this was a dope video 🔥🔥
This channel is a new discovery for me. This is really good. Although I'm just "Some dude" vs LE, I'd love to come train with you guys.
Let’s go!!!
LE/Mil doesn't matter. If you are an American citizen you have the right to be there.
All phenomenal training points, also curious to who makes the pouches on paul’s belt.
Great vid, guys! What is the white stuff on shooters hands though?
I have a question ,why doesn’t the class go to practical, shooting matches with what the gear they have ?
Policías extranjeros podemos prepararnos con ustedes ?? Me encantaría mejorar y aprender de ustedes
Awesome training. But, really this was filmed in Massachusetts,? Are all these students cops, because I see jumbo extended mags, and pistol braces?
These guys don’t give af they bring whatever

Civ & LE
@MARKSMAN108 that's how it should be when you're a responsible gun owner that wants to protect you're loved ones and neighbors.

Southern Ohio needs yal to come thru
when they go to the springs I'm going sign me up
Those staccatos run like butter.
Yes they do!
What compensator are you running on the Glock?
I have a legitimate question thats not me hatin on anyone.
Why do some guys have an RDS, then run a 45° rds? Genuinely dont understand
Is there a place we can get that target?
shop.actiontarget.com/achillesheeltactical/ use discount code: ACHILLES
Do you sell these targets?
shop.actiontarget.com/achillesheeltactical/
that instructor sounds so familiar to a game streamer named life stomper lmao
Take the comp off and lets see the results.
😂😂😂 shows how much you know. The comp doesn’t help that much.
@@reker.a5790 ya ok. Just like porting doesnt help. 🤣🤣. There is a reason why there are different divisions.

The whole comp vs no comp thing has been beaten to death. If you're typing stuff like this then it just means you're out of touch.
Move along.
