Heyyy, you can apply for the eTA since you have a US Visa. Also, if your Canadian visa was issued within the last 10 years, even if is now expired, you can apply for the eTA.
NB. If you plan to enter Canada by car, train, bus of boat (including cruise ships) you need to apply for a Visitor Visa, cost CSD$100.

What if you had a Canadian visa but expired before travelling to CND, do I need to apply for new visa or eTA? Have US visa also...
