I have made this and it is awesome. I have also done it with blueberry applesauce and it was an even bigger hit with my husband and his buddies at work.
These looked awesome! I am not a whole nut fan in baked goods though. I grind the nuts, especially walnuts, so that you just get the flavor all the way through the loaf. Raisins can go in whole. Never knew about using applesauce. Will be making that soon. Thanks for sharing. Love you!! xxoo
