MOIST Delicious Applesauce bread

You will love the super moist flavorful cake with a slightly crunchy sweet crust. Top it off with the optional whipped cream cheese frosting and you have a treat worthy of ANY occasion.
Applesauce cake
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups applesauce
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into two cake pans.
Bake 350 degrees 45-60 minutes
(optional) Frosting
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar or powdered sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 c heavy cream
