My husband had a very high stress job. From first day we married I started giving him foot and leg massage after work to help him sleep at night. 40 years on it's still a custom, but I've added pressure points as well.
Foot reflexology is such a wonderful health tool. Usually done with the hands directly to the skin. Using hands can reach deeper points . I have treated many people over the years. Wish everyone knew how much this can help them feel better.
Having a professional work on your feet is truly a luxurious experience and it help all of your body to feel great and allow the nerves to repair ailing areas.
Does this mean it is an active placebo effect? Since he was pressuring the supposed eye point and he said he was feeling sleepy, but the sock is put on backwards?
@@obeyobay9146 I don't know that much about reflexology but I do know the placebo effect is real. Perhaps the results were not as strong, though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There are recent studies (in England, I think) that show how foot health is important for the entire body. It was shown to help older people prevent falling, but it is useful for everyone! AND---my sister was in sales, and a client insisted on doing this kind of massage when she met him for a discussion about a sale. . . she was "Okay, whatever to get the sale done!"
Which of the gentlemen are literate? Tahir says in this video that he can read Urdu and Punjabi. At the least, the others can recognize words and phrases here and there.
Massages are great for the body. Foot massages are good for your body overall and good for your circulation. Our feet do a lot of work but we think of them last. They carry all our body weight and sometimes take a beating often not in comfortable footwear😊
I really believe Mr. Tahir could have been a doctor "in real life". Medical kinds of things really seem to interest him. You can see it all over his face. I'm sure he could still learn things that would be helpful to his village.
I thought they were going to get a real foot massage. Not just rubbing their feet with a stick. Tell me there's a difference between rubbing with a stick and getting a foot massage.
I have a nerve issue in my feet and it often feels like I am walking on broken glass. Miss foot massages, but enduring something like this would kill me lol. Love this wholesome content! ♥♥
I love it! I like to give and receive foot massages, not sure if they've ever had the chance! Oh, come now, give them a REAL ONE! That only gives them basic ideas.
I highly doubt I could get through a foot massage because I'm extremely ticklish and I have a tendency to kick when my feet are tickled even in the slightest.
I really hope you take them to a PRO one day. The experience will be full of brilliant reactions. The real thing is much more intense and satisfying. :D
As important as foot massages are, full body massages are just as important. Most people don't realize how tight their muscles are until they get a massage.
I'm pretty sure that Tahir, Chaudhary and Rana all speak both Punjabi and Urdu and Gul Sher speaks Balochi and Urdu. From what I've read, Urdu is the official language of Pakistan, but many people also speak the language/dialects of their own province or region.
Their Urdu is not of the highest standard but they're fluent and they tend to speak it with their local dialect accent. But many tribal people cannot speak Urdu
OMG! I HAVE GOT TO WATCH THIS!!! LOLOLOL. Ahahahaha....the looks on their faces...😂😂😂 wish mr rana could have experienced this! These guys are just soooo entertaining!! Just love them!
A friends baby was severely constipated and had colic. The baby never stopped crying. I lay him out on my lap, massaged his tummy and pulsated the pressure point for his colon. In about 10 minutes he had the biggest poop diaper you’ve ever seen. He finally stopped crying and fell asleep. My friend was bawling. She said “ How did you do that”!! !
Not false. I have had AFib for years. I can stimulate the heart pressure points and my heart will kick back in. I’m 61 and only 2 times have I not been able to reset my heart and have to have medical help.
Reflexology/acupuncture/acupressure are not cure alls, but they do help when done correctly by a professional. The Chinese figured it out centuries ago - it stimulates the CNS which in turn aids the body in healing and can offer some pain relief. Only about 15 - 20% of patients do not respond to the treatments. Same with chiropractic care - it's not going to cure anything, but if your spine is properly aligned so nerves are not being pinched then your CNS functions better... and that benefits your entire body and also helps your organs function more efficiently.
Uh-oh....Dr. Tahir talking to an orthopedic doctor😮 hahahahaha how fascinating.😂😂😂😂 I'm going to have to point out, this is not a REAL foot massage. Foot massages in the west consist of lotions and oil for the feet and deep tissue rubbing all over. On the soles of the feet and in between the toes, accompanied by some relaxing music and maybe a warm cloth to cover the eyes. If you want to get fancy maybe some essential oils like lavender or tea tree. 😂

I'm afraid our beloved Mr. Chaudhary got a backwards foot massage. 😅 He had the sock on the wrong way. Hope he gets a do-over. 😊
Yes!
Chaudhary's face was priceless.
You can tell that Tahir was really taken aback by this experience
Tapir is a scholar. Learning is his thing.
I believe Tahir is a natural born Healer. ❤❤❤

Chaudry's sock is on backwards!!! No one there noticed??

Washing and massaging the feet of travelers and of respected visitors. An ancient tradition among many cultures and religions.
This is perfect for our hard-working uncles! They deserve it!
I really liked how stimulating their feet stimulated a really interesting conversation with the gentlemen!

They were getting reflexology, not a massage.
@@litlady9337 the thumbnail said foot massage. Like you said. That was not a foot massage.

@@litlady9337ok but it doesn’t say that, the thumbnail shows a foot massage, the title says foot massage. This is not it.
Wonderful experience for our gentlemen!!
Thanks for this interesting video! More like this please, not just food.
Thank you for pampering our beloved brothers TPT! I'm glad they all had a relaxing time! Peace and love to all! :)
You should get them all arm and hand massages. Every man I know who has had proper arm massages feels a lot better after them.
I thought they were getting a 'real' massage! I agree ... they need to be treated to a real masseuse!! 😊❤
I wish they had gotten proper massages, too. Reflexology's claims are completely unproven and make zero sense.
That is one of the best video guys!
This is so cute! Love to all of you!
I knew Tahir would be the most vocal about this.

Dr. Tahir is number one! Praise god
He didn’t even have the sock on the right foot
So fun to see you happy👣👣👣

What a treat!
Much better with no socks and warm fragrant oils.
I am surprised at this as you all where to learn this today. That is absolutely amazing
You should take them for a spa day to a salon!
How many of you were touching your feet while watching this?
I was actually giving myself an old fashioned foot massage (no sock, no tool, just thumbs and knuckles). Foot massages feel so good!
Not me.
Hahaha! Me!
I highly doubt I could get through a foot massage because I'm extremely ticklish and I have a tendency to kick when my feet are tickled even in the slightest.
Haha I just bought these off at an Amazon bin store last week for 1.50 to learn reflexology ..it’s fun.Came with socks and a tool
Cool vid, I need a pair of those socks!
I take it foot scratches cure cough, then
I am American, never had a luxuios experience like that. Can I get a coupon?
Love the reaction at 5:02 💓
I'm avoiding this video like the plague... because of feet. I am not watching this video. I'm just here to comment LOL
Why didn't someone tell Chaudhary to put his sock on the right way? C'mon man.
Why isn't Mr. Tahir married?? Anyone know? He is so kind.
I believe religious reasons.
I pray I find such a good man.
That was a nice thing to do, but did they benefit from it?
La réflexologie plantaire c'est tellement agréable
Pseudo scientific quackery.
Show them chiropractor and acupuncture videos next lol

I agree. A full body Swedish massage would be wonderful for all of them.
It is not true. It reflexology and some people belive it
No happy ending after the massage?
I knew someone mischievous would ask this😂
