- This video is for Aceable Parent Taught Drivers Ed students and parents who need to fill out the forms required for getting a learner's permit in Texas! It describes in detail the process for correctly filling out the Aceable Classroom Instruction Log, the permit certificate that was emailed to the student, and the two Affidavits found in the Parent Guide from the Texas Department of License and Regulation.

Tori Madeleine yes. If u have all the documents u need when u attend the DPS u should be able to get ur permit

Unique Playz hey, so I finished level 1 in one day how would I fill out the classroom instruction log? If I finished it all on 4/27/19 do I just put that same date for all 3 parts of level 1? What did they tell you at the DPS?
I’m just worried I won’t be able to get my permit since I finished it in one day.

How long do i have to wait for my permit certification to be emailed to me? And also i just clicked on the tab that said "view permit certificate" and it said that i havent completed level one please if you could help me out im really confused

@Marisa Murillo it doesn't matter what dates you put down, just make sure they are after you have bought your PTDR packet
Bro, I did all 12 levels and all of their chapters! Your telling me all I had to do is complete the first level to get my minors permit!!!

What is mean my PTDE course number is 113, and in the classroom instruction log was number 116 is that the same course?

i need help, i just completed level 1 yesterday and was emailed the papers for me to print, but some of them have the example only watermark on them

When I bought my TDLR packet I put my mom as the instructor and she not here so will it be a problem when my dad sign his name and dl# on my drivers course as the instructor?

Yes! I put the days I completed the lessons on the form(bc it’s illegal to lie on a legal document) and the lady at the dps office didn’t even check that paper. I read that you can email Aceable and they can help you with the dates/change the date on your certificate or packet. I recommend emailing Aceable just to be safe. Good luck!
