I have 559 showing up for a few seconds...then it goes away. But my truck will still have no power...like it loses torque and doesnt give full boost (only 22psi). We've done all the normal fixes for this...and did the leak down test. Changed the relief valve anyway. Leakdown is good but still have same problem on the road...even bobtailing. Pump head was rebuilt when my engine was getting done about a month ago...and had this problem ever since. Thinking we might have to pull that head off and investigate. We've done everything else we can think of....

When you pulled your head pump off make sure to double check your plungers ,what I mean by that is you need to unscrew the plungers and check the seats on them you could have a hair line crack on them.
