The "ocean" is a layer of water beneath the entire overworld. They raise chunks of the layer for every bit of water in the game (except rivers maybe? I'm not sure about that)
I absolutely love this glitchy world... no music except the sounds of the environment, a world entirely devoid of logic and filled with out of place , and also eerily breathtaking and fascinating, objects and locations. It feels and looks like limbo or purgatory... and kind of reminds me of the field inside the moon from Majora's Mask. What a fascinating experience.

I did this glitch and went so far in one direction I found where the master sword room is. It’s also in a giant canyon but if you get close to it you just immediately go into a “you fell” animation. There is also no goin back cause before the canyon you have to jump off the cliff where all the rooms are.

You sure that thing with the metal crate was a glitch or just an unforeseen exploit? Glitches tend to be patchable - exploits are just loopholes in the game engine's established behavior.
It's definitely because of how the physics engine calculates collision. Give something enough speed and it will pass through walls with certain collision detections.
I remember when this game came out I thought it was so perfect, but even the best games have glitches. This was very interesting thank you. I will never beat trial #2 so I probably can't try this
I imagine tge trial taking place INSIDE the sword and Phi just programmed each challenge, together with the seven sages. She must have gotten real mad at you now
Mety, when you run, spam the whistle button and the run button at the same time and it will replenish your stamina. Therefore giving you longer running periods.

There's actually a glitch that lets you climb a slope of any height as long as it's not too steep. If you press B to let you and push the control stick forward you will go a little further up the slope while restoring stamina and then grab onto it again.
The crate keeps on being struck by lightning and getting destroyed, i tried putting it in shelter but it despawned by the time i got to it. Are you doing this in non-master mode or is this a new update thing?
I found some strange stuff in this void I found the troll squad poison water A death area that has shrine music (I’m guessing where you get the master sword upgrade) that’s the opposite direction from that beach
