I think Ruka did justice to her song choices and she used MTBD as a resume with self written lines. Love her. Chiquita and Haram also belted out awesome performances.
Haram is special...a beast vocally. So much range and swag. You're right, no body can do that, especially a 15 year old. Best vocal performance I've heard to date.

True. She is a princess off-cam. Her mindset and attitude as a talent is a different level. I think she is the only member mention that she will enjoy her stage even if she will make mistake. Liked, go out there and enjoy the show.

The only person to make Jazmine Sullivan songs sound easy is Jazmine Sullivan herself. I've seen her in concert and it's crazy how much better she sounds live. So when Haram said she was going to cover her I was super nervous cause that's an almost impossible challenge. But Haram did a pretty great job. So far my favorite out of all the solo missions.
Honestly, I didn't know this artist before, really good song. Haram is very good, she was my favorite vocal when they posted all of their songs before this show. And Ruka is my favorite rapper for sure out of all of them (such a hip-hop energy and best stage presence, when it comes for cool vibe)
@@goldenhime8404 Haram actually has my least favorite voice in the group but she really shined here. Sadly, I'm pretty sure we'll rarely, if ever, hear this side of her voice after their debut. Based on their age and YG's sound direction, I'm sure they're going full-on pop, especially western pop. Which is unfortunate cause imo Rora and Haram sound best singing RnB.
@@whatchahowsya8688 kpop in general sucks in making justice for rich deep tones (my favourite ones). The only group who is perfect at it that comes to my mind is Mamamoo (queens btw).
@@goldenhime8404 When YG worked with Lee Hi, they did pretty good with highlighting her deep voice. And even some 2ne1 ballads have a darker tone to them. So I know that the company producers know how to make use of deeper voices, it's really whether or not they decide that they want to and whether or not they want to give them songs and concepts that will make Haram and Rora's voices stand out.

Ruka is so smart tbh! The only member who not only focus on the songs, but overall performance. I loved that she made the performance a medley + dance break. Ruka put everything that she can into this performance and HAD FUN!! As a viewer and a fan that’s all I wanted to see from the girls.. the fun and the passion when they’re on stage. SO THANK YOU RUKA! We already know this girl has a lot of dance experience and performing on stage. So I know she will be all over that stage and hyping up the crowd. For me.. that is YG style.. that is YG DNA. All YG artists in the past and present always turned it on when they’re on stage and HAVE FUN!!
Ahh man Haram my low tone soulful vocal Queen! I’ve always loved her song choices and her vocal tone out of the members. Her and Rora vocals just gives me goosebumps all the time! Jazmine Sullivan songs are hard to sing and cover. But I knew Haram will give the song justice and SHE KILLED IT!!
I guess I have a pattern for always rooting for the underrated members or trainees. RUKA AND HARAM FIGHTINGGGGG!!!
PS: I am so proud of my precious bean Chiquita! She overcame damn COVID and still pull out a great performance! This girl has so much star power though and lovely personality. Pure sunshine.

Haram really mesmerized us all with that riff.. killed it.. our main vocal for sho.. but for stage presence is ruka.. chiquita is so clear love the tone… OT7 all the way. We know they marketing.. yess preach other GG need to step up their games.. that why they are the babymonster we know & judge them from their talent our YHS yg producer told us last time..

FACTS… less screen time too. I wished they can extend more time on these episodes. I would love to hear more comments or feedback especially for Ruka. For the BP vocal mission they didn’t show any comments for Ruka and even Asa cuz it was a “VOCAL” mission. I understood that, but then this solo stage performance for Ruka it felt so rushed and YHS and Lee Jung just saying “CHARISMATIC AND COOL”. I’m like and?? Can we talk about how her English pronunciation improved and sounded better this time around? Or how it was a great idea to have a medley and dance break? 😆

What’s the meaning if you have good vocals or being good at rapping if you don’t have stage presence! Ruka is something else, Her stage presence is insane, while the others are just singing with their eyes closed
But again stage presence isn't everything, you need to have vocals to make a song 😅😅.... She is ultimately in a group that has to have vocals to win majority of public hearts .... Cuz other than their owns fans people won't always look for stage performance videos ..they will mostly support by streaming that's where vocalists plays the most important part, then rappers... Performance ends at stage and in concerts but great vocals can win over people of any generations who would most probably listen to music on radio or Spotify rather than watch performance videos imo... You can't just downplay and discredit the importance of good vocalists and rappers just to praise stage presence.. they are all equally important
