  • my favourite target build so far!
using scraps and basic tools to build another custom air rifle practice target.
this is a hit to reset type and once id adjusted the tension ,it works great.
Its also the first day out using the latest version of my Anschutz 9015 with the falcon endura scope. it works well and is proving incredibly accurate as always.
as soon as the weather improves i will be pushing the ranges to the extreme and building a new range and improving all the targets and pellet traps.

I know, late to the party, but, if the front cover plate hole was lower on the flip target, there'd be more energy to flip it up. The higher the hit the less force to swing it. Great target!

Glue/screw a small magnet above the target on the backside and it will catch the target when it flips up giving a clear and decisive indication and will need a proper reset hit after.

Nice idea, I need to try some reducers on my targets

The 'crack' when the pellet hits the hole in the hex bolt is the pellet compressing the air in the bolt void and it then escaping.....an instantaneous release of compressed air if you like.

Hello mate, i just watched your video about muzzle brake on air rifles. Iam thinking of buying an air rifle called kral n-13. It has a weird end to its barrel and i cant decide if that would do any harm. Can you please google the model and tell me your opinions?

  • @heathhalfhill6401

Using FAC air rifles most of these targets don’t last long sadly even with a 30 FPE PCP. I find myself using 1/4” AR 500 plate and that’s about all I found to hold up.
