I have been eating bananas and cinnamon for a week now and have been sleeping like a baby. I havn't slept well in over a year. This has been wonderful

I tried it last night, my leg was so restless and I came across your video. What eating 25 bananas? That's bananas! Everyone don't take 12 mg melatonin, and then 200 milligrams theanine, 30 mg 5 h TP, 2000 mg gaba, valerian, and serovital HGH. That's barely working.. if it's working at all!

Sounds like diet of too much cooked and processed foods. Raw live foods like salads and raw vegetables and raw fruits helps. Live foods give you life. If that doesn't help much then its probably a slow Thyroid problem.
also simple hydration is a good way to stave off constipation. most people that i know don't drink enough water. i've also had periods of constipation in the past, but since i've been mindful of making sure i have enough (and usually more than enough) water throughout the day on top of all other liquid i take, i've not had to deal with constipation in years. one of the best and cheapest remedies i've found to help quite a bit (not just in constipation, but i've not felt the need for chapstick or hand creams in yeas since i've been making sure to get enough water (or any other unsweetened non-caffeinated liquids every day).

I wanted to try this before I commented. I, like many, have a hard time sleeping. I usually spend about $100 on sleep-aids a month. Most of those aids recommend you to take 1 or 2 tablets, gummies, or liquid prior to sleeping. I was taking Dbl or triple the dosage AND using 2 or 3 products at a time....NOT Healthy for me or my family. I have now been doing the banana and cinnamon method for 5 days and
NEVER looked back. I was skeptical, BUT I fell asleep FASTER and woke up. I was actually refreshed instead of feeling like I played a football game in my sleep.

So yesterday I went out and bought 2 bunches of bananas. Put both in tied plastic bags at home cause they weren't quite ripe, took 1 banana out at 6pm and put in freezer. Took it out at 8:30, sprinkled on a lot of cinnamon and ate it by 8:45 (I eat everything quick). Went to bed at 9 and fell asleep almost immediately! I usually and insomnia and am awake a couple of hours, but not last night. I will do this every night and hope I get a similar response. Thank you
OMG, last night 30 minutes before I went to sleep, I ate a banana and I slept very sound! Now that this video came across my path, I understand why. Guess what I'll be eating 30 minutes before bed!!!! Wonderful!

Before bedtime, i chew some cinnamon sticks (one or two gramms more or less) for some time now and i can say that i am waking up full of energy and rested. I am looking forward to try with bananas. Thank you Dr Mandell.
One step further. If you blend the frozen banana you will have a smooth creamy ice cream like dessert. I add a frozen strawberry sometimes. Some nights I’ll add a touch of peanut butter and touch of a chocolate liquid protein shake. It’s like chocolate ice cream and I live by this! I’ve lost so much weight this past year. Replacing my favorites like ice cream with a frozen banana really helps!

Yes, my kids love frozen banana with frozen strawberries all mushed up in a blender….comes out like soft ice cream. Serve immediately. Frozen banana with cacao powder is also amazing. Not sure how cinnamon might mix with cacao but I will try it. Cacao has magnesium too.

I did this last night & i slept so good much better than when I took a melatonin sleep aid.. I even woke up took my dog downstairs to go out .. got back in bed went to sleep right away.... I'm amazed how this simple combination works... Thank you Doc

This guy is not a national treasure he’s a global treasure thank you doctor my whole life has changed since I gave up processed food and alcohol and cigarettes after abusing them for so long and having several health issues, my sleep is one area I wish to improve as I couldn’t sleep more then 2-3 hours at a time Iv ordered magnesium and im going to order melatonin and try this snack before bed p.a I had to start working out everyday and I have a job that is very physically demanding and it’s starting to make me sleep better but if I can help then I will comment again letting you know my bredrin from another medrin

Being from the south I was raised using a lot of blackstrap molasses. In milk, on biscuits, cornbread, bananas, oatmeal. I also use pure maple syrup the same way. Sometimes I split the banana lengthwise, pour a little maple ot blackstrap on it and slightly warm it in the microwave. 😊

It runs your blood sugar up high, that's why you fall asleep, but wake up around 2 hrs. Later, blood sugar drops

I tried it your way at 3:55 and used the same bag and it turned into a frozen homunculus mass! This time I am putting a few portions in quart size ziplock bags from the dollar store! As for the banana and cinnamon before bed it is amazing and stopped my insulin resistance! Love it! I also did sleep better! Trying again! This time with smaller bags!

😱 I can testify this works, and I thought it was my personal discovery. For a number of years, I have been freezing sliced bananas and for a late night snack I put 1-2 frozen bananas along with a few shakes of cinnamon in my Bella blender until the mixture is similar to soft frozen ice cream. Sometimes, for a change and make it a little softer, I add a little milk before mixing. I’ve noticed my sleep is more restful but didn’t realize it was bananas and cinnamon, which means the mixture is not a placebo! It absolutely works.

Without knowing this, I did this with both pregnancies. First one, I'd wake up starving in the middle of the night and so bananas were cheap and easy and I'd go right back to sleep. Second one I had a crazy heart rate that would wake me up. Listen to your body. Makes a great dessert. I'll be adding the cinnamon 💕😴

I don't know if it can help at all your father, but why not try to use some appropiate Essential Oils, such as rosemary of cineol ( in french : romarin à cinéol - only this kind of rosemary is good for memory, Alzeimer desease ..( Inhale it several times from the bottle 4 or 5 times during 2 mn , one month long ) Reference : Dr Jean-Pierre Willem a french doctor who wrote many books about essential oils .
I've listened to him talking about this subject from his book : " Alzheimer et odorat "in a video on youtube : Dr Jean-Pierre Willem "Alzheimer, les huiles essentielles pour restaurer la mémoire".

I eat a lot of bananas and cinnamon but usually go to bed on an empty stomach because of intermittent fasting. Having said that, I will try this. I go to sleep in minutes but after about 4 to 5 hours I wake up a lot. Thank you.

It does works, really like the fact a person doesn’t need to drink fluids just before bed like some sleep aids suggest.
I'm going to try this Doc. I'm going to be adding the cinnamon to my frozen strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, banana, and raw egg smoothie. I also add a teaspoon of Naturelo Raw Greens Powder, Moringa Powder, Nettle Root Powder, and 3 Tbl. spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice. Now, that's a complete meal

Hello, I also used trazadone. Try to get rid of it, on a slow pace. It is not at all necessary ! Work on it yourself. I may take several months, cutting the quantities. But you do not really need it. Less chemicals in your body. Good luck !
Ween slowly off the antidepressant....very slowly, maybe over 6 months,,, then ween off Trazadone...very slow taper ..another 6 to 9 months..get these toxic chemicals out of your system. The brain will heal over time, in another 6 months... think long term health.
@@makaho5300 been out of the loop a while, got yr Tex. Believe me I have tried everything, from music to teas to meditate, none works. U am currently seeing a special Dr and trying to move forward.

@@zincerish Hello dear friend. I did it very very slowly. It took some time. Now I don't need it anymore and just try to have a calm evening and listen to Dr Mandell.

Exercise vigorously during day..then use banana moving it in and out...repeat often until it seems to explode...then sleep with less worries.

The tips are great. Also, try having a routine the last 30 minutes before going to sleep such as putting the phone down, turning off the computer and getting some water. Your routine can vary, but doing this every day will let your mind and body know it's time to fall asleep. It also helps to listen to some soothing music *HINT* *HINT* *WINK* WINK*.
