She is a sound officer she just is trying to do her job . Maybe reword this because she hasn’t done anything wrong she is trying to do her job and she is a decent woman . My father teaches in a well known UK prison and trust me there are a lot worse officers than her

Yes he is spoiling it giving auditors a bad name, good auditors like TGA and Mr Yorkshire Tea always always try to stay within the law and if they mess up they soon apologise and leave if asked. They have been detained for far less than this. Please calm down and perhaps have a break.
I used to like Curtis but he’s getting to think he can do what he likes, he’s rude and arrogant to people doing a job, everyone knows you can’t film in a prison. Keep calling people my friend is really annoying when is says he trying to lose them their jobs.

As a prison officer all i can say is this is infuriating, it’s a protected location and the staff in there are rightly scared of being filmed due to the job role, we’re asked to removed epaulettes when leaving the prison
Then the windows facing onto main road should be mirror tinted. Shouldn't be scared if they treat prisoners fairly.

@@DJEMEDIA i think you’ll find that a lot of us take pride in our jobs and try very hard for the people in there. Section 40D(3A) Prison Act 1952 provides that it is an offence within a prison for anyone to possess, without authorisation, devices capable of transmitting or receiving images, sounds or information by electronic communications. You broke that law by walking into prison grounds with your device recording, if your going to do something at least make sure you know it’s legal first
You shouldn't have been reminded to remove your epaulettes when this is a basic, common security procedure before you leave the establishment. I can't believe you haven't practice this very basic discipline which has been there for decades. Your family must be infuriated with you by putting yourself at risk.

"Do not touch me, do not touch me" Look mate, he has every right to push you out of there. At 9:47 the prison officer calmly and correctly explained the law to you. He said "If you've got no business being there you will be asked to leave and if you don't, immediately, you will be, well, he will try and remove you. I'm an officer, I'll arrest you until the police get here."
Yes if inside the prison. That law doesn't apply to the public area before the barrier.

I spent years in that nick and the prisoners already know the identity of all the screws. This guy filming them makes no difference at all, trust me.

You are a giving auditors a bad name by once again breaking the law and claiming its unlawful to get hands on no it is not, reasonable force is allowed to remove you once you have been told to leave as you where, only a court can decide what is reasonable not you and the speed of your removal was acted upon urgently because you entered a high security area then continued harassing once in public. The prison officer was well within their rights to arrest you for unlawful activity filming inside a prison. And to be clear its an offence to film inside a prison from public check the law or you will end up on the inside with perhaps the same guards looking after you.
That area is not covered by the law you speak of.
If I give them a bad name .. then all the others who swear and are very rude must be absolutely killing it then?

The second officer is right that despite what the first officer doing was not great, there would be NO justification for anyone to go there and assault him! There are legal ways to address complaints

There was an officer @ wandsworth prison that got caught bringing in 20 mobile phones for the prisoners, and there's a carpenter (asian fella) bringing in cocaine for the prisoners smh, i hope the ol bill are reading this!! Lol.
A male prison officer wearing the the crowns uniform wearing earrings in my opinion is an absolute disgrace and if I was in charge of the prison service he’d be either taking them out or looking for another job. I saw something similar at styal women’s prison south of Manchester with one uniformed officer with earrings right round his lugs and also his nose and been ex military I was absolutely sickened by his appearance.
It isn't that it's work policy has always been no jewellery to be worn like that at work and it's horrible that women get away with wearing fake long ass nailes in care settings when they know the rules
