One more important thing you need to know if you want to pickup resto druid and go raiding. Use innervate often. Dont save it up below 50% mana. You need to pop it below 80% mana preferably in first minute of the fight, so you will get second one. Same with raid cooldowns (tranq, tree) -> try to get off two in a fight. For example on Magmaw, I am using tranq on second lava spew (approximately 0:45 into the fight), using tree on third one and then its back up for after second head exposure or second phase on HC.
Also, in almost every fight there is some downtime to use POTION OF CONCENTRATION dont use other mana pots as healers, you are griefing yourself otherwise.

Nice just in time where I decided I don’t like cat or bear really and wanna try resto. Been saving up some cats quest rewards for resto and give it a try later
mana cost for healing is calculated on "base" mana, not total mana. My healing touch consumes 8% of my total mana
Regrowth does not suck especially paired with rejuv. Best HoTs we have.
It's extremely cost inefficient. You should only use it on CC procs.

Wild growth is not expensive for what it does, it's your best heal in terms of both HPS and HPM outside of tranq.
Also, Tree of life allows you to cast lifebloom on any amount of target, which is insane because it's cheap, you can blanket the raid and it can trigger omen of clarity for free instant cast regrowths.
So I should never be using re growth?

You don’t appear to know anything about resto Druids, and very little about how mana used is calculated. I would just delete this, read a guide in then start over.

alota fights you dont want to swiftmend the tank because no one else will be in the circle it leaves after which is a large portion of ur healing you want to swiftmend a dps melee or caster if they are stacked taking dmg
