I was thinking that too...but maybe she was inspired by the roundness of the wheel-wells...only antiques over here are shaped like that, but I saw piles of taxis with that old-timey shape in the UK!

Hi! I am from Russia, and I really like what you did for our country ❤️😊you were actually really close to the traditional fashion photo shoots in here 😍
@@chuuberry5778 I live in Berlin... Our fashion is only black hipster clothing and very plain and minimalist. I recommend you check out jodel (German social media) and see how people destroy others in the fashion and makeup subreddit.
You pronounced Kokoshnik very well ;-) I am from Russia. And you did Russian styling good. But I need to say that is not a standard style, photos that you found represent old traditions and old culture. You can’t find a girls like this on the streets now and then. It’s styled only for photography AKA “lets do the Russian style that exists in 15 century”
I live in a Russian household and I personally think her pronunciation was not good, but somewhat close. But I do agree with the style being too traditional.
Yea but she mentioned the style being very traditional, and said like twice, that she's sure you won't really find a girl in russia wear that in her normal life.
this has nothing to do with anything, but how is it like other countries, anyplace at all, outside of America? also our usual American school buses aren't that round and are more rectangular
@@dahliabean6620 for a traditional festival, once in your life ...maybe lol I last heard the word kokoshnik in kindergarten more than 20 years ago, and now in this video. I think she just fell victim to google translate when typed in "Russian beauty" cause we actually have this saying to call a traditionally dressed woman that's why the pictures looked so historical/ethnic. Search for "Moscow outfit trends" and you will find something more realistic.
I came into this expecting Australia's fashion to be a caricature, but that outfit is actually definitely something you'd see in summer!! Although I do have to say, a lot of Australia isn't warm! Where I live in the state of Victoria, it's quite cold and in my town it snows most years, and we have quite a short summer where those sort of outfits would be ok. And my nearest beach is several hours away! Not everyone lives in Sydney or the Gold Coast ^w^
@@eligil4629 Well.there's public busses that childeren and teens get on but they get of the buss near where there school is and walk the rest of the way I guess but there aren't any busses that take you strait to school.
There are the yellow busses for old people that a couple of kids in my area used to hop on because they were free and passed our houses on their route so some of us kinda cheated our way into having school busses but we really weren't supposed to get on those
Everything looked so on point except the Japanese one. You did great but I wish you put on more blush for that drunk dolly look. The outfit also just looks very Americanized.
those yellow school busses make it look less UK related cos we know them as such an american thing, our busses are just long rectangular blocks lol, most of the time either red or blue😂
This sounds accurate to me though lol 😂 like most people i know is wearing that look either jd tracksuit or a short skirt no offense to people who don’t wear that lol 😂
I’m from the UK, and tbh your outfit was really accurate fashion wise. All of the magazines have that kind of fashion about it, you did a great job. One thing tho: we don’t have those yellow school buses in the UK
It's a good idea because in my country (South Africa) we have so many different cultures, which come with different styles, especially traditional styles. So seeing what she would do could be interesting!

@@fulldem6888 She can only do so many lol. Plus, think about it. If she tried African traditional dress, she might've been bombarded with "cultural appropriation" comments. You might not think of it as cultural appropriation if she were to try it, but Internet people are crazy. I could definitely see her being attacked for it.

I was thinking that too...but maybe she was inspired by the roundness of the wheel-wells...only antiques over here are shaped like that, but I saw piles of taxis with that old-timey shape in the UK!

😂 I'm crying, "red hot tamale" shows a chilli pepper
Hi Natalia. I'm Russian, and our fashion is absolutely like fashion in the USA)) Nobody doesn't wear all this old-fashioned stuff nowadays.
She literally said that it was historical lmao
@@urmom_16 right she definitely did
nah you guys wear tracksuits more often. Slav squat
I do think she made the look historical and beautiful.
Seriously tho if you look up Russian fashion it definitely does show the historical look alot! Crazy, but I follow Russian fashionistas on IG and they're way modern. Gotta love Google.
I've only taken a year of Japanese so I might be kind of off (girl you were speaking that SO FAST 😂) but the phrase is something to the effect of "Wow! Great! Everyone is singing so well and feel free to dance too! My friends are here! " If anyone is fluent, please feel free to correct me!

Hi! I am from Russia, and I really like what you did for our country ❤️😊you were actually really close to the traditional fashion photo shoots in here 😍
The way she says kawaii cracks me up cuz I’ve never heard someone say it that way. Not trying to be mean just sounds funny to me.
Except it's the actually correct way to say it...she just pronounced the W too hard but other than that it was good

I am from Russia. And you did Russian styling good. But I need to say that is not a standard style, photos that you found represent old traditions and old culture. You can’t find a girls like this on the streets now and then. It’s styled only for photography AKA “lets do the Russian style that exists in 15 century”
EXACTLY!
I live in a Russian household and I personally think her pronunciation was not good, but somewhat close. But I do agree with the style being too traditional.
Yea but she mentioned the style being very traditional, and said like twice, that she's sure you won't really find a girl in russia wear that in her normal life.
Buses in London are red!! The yellow school bus is v American
Anya Kumar in Wales there blue 😂
THEYRE YELLOW IN CANADA TOO! DONT FORGET ABOUT US!
I love a good red London bus🇬🇧🇬🇧
this has nothing to do with anything, but how is it like other countries, anyplace at all, outside of America? also our usual American school buses aren't that round and are more rectangular

Search for "Moscow outfit trends" and you will find something more realistic.
It's fine your doing great even better than my English even though I'm American
I came into this expecting Australia's fashion to be a caricature, but that outfit is actually definitely something you'd see in summer!! Although I do have to say, a lot of Australia isn't warm! Where I live in the state of Victoria, it's quite cold and in my town it snows most years, and we have quite a short summer where those sort of outfits would be ok. There are the yellow busses for old people that a couple of kids in my area used to hop on because they were free and passed our houses on their route so some of us kinda cheated our way into having school busses but we really weren't supposed to get on those
