I'm not even half way through the book and this trailer reminds me nothing of the book. The book seems so much...darker and the movie seems so uplifting
Trust me, the movie is nearly as dark as the book, but the tone is improved in the movie. It shows that, even though the story is pretty seemingly hopeless, there's still hope, even with it being so dark. The book is great, but I still like much of the movie better.
ok i finished this book just last night and i cried. for an hour. and the fault in our stars didn't even make me shed a single tear, which says something. this book is brilliant.
I feel like the people who made this movie didn't understand the book at all. It's not the fact that they left some things out that bothered me. It was the fact that they're making seem like some sort of inspiring story about hope, but it's not. It's supposed to be a bittersweet story that educates, that teaches the audience how words are the most powerful force on this planet, and how devastating the result is when they are misused (example: Hitler). The entire theme is changed in the movie.
***** I know, I agree the book was telling a story, just that's it a story about a girl who steals books, the mention nothing about hope in the book?! I'm really disappointed, the trailer was enough to put me off the movie
You hit the nail on the head. It was so sugar coated and Hollywood-ized.The movie was OK on its own but in my opinion was a really bad interpretation of the book. Now I want to be a director so I can remake it someday. 😂
+Madeline W please do. Plus having Death as the narrator means we got a much more powerful, realistic and raw view of things. His casual pondering makes you reconsider a lot of stuff. I don't know how they could give a satisfactory movie version of a book about the power of books and words.
i came to the comments because i was looking for people with exactly your point of view, this is probably one of the best books i have ever read, and i was sooo much looking forward to this movie, especially with goeffrey rush in it, but the trailer put me off and i haven't watched it yet. when i saw who they cast as liesl, i was very much disapointed. her dark hair and dark eyes were very important for the plot, the fact that liesl herself doesn't think she's pretty because of her kind of boyish looks, and then they cast someone who looks like an angel, and has blue eyes and blond hair (you have to think about hitler's ideals of appearance here, and that liesl did NOT fulfill them) and not mentioning death (as far as the trailer shows, as said before, haven't watched the movie yet) is just leaving out one of the most important story lines in the book. very disappointed, i can not imagine that the author is very happy about that adaptation.
Pinie Kay i'm kinda disappointed after rewatching this again bc the movie is way too "beautiful-looking" and not at all how i imagined the world in the book (bleak, gray and brown). But it's still a good movie
Are there any WWII movies or stories with happy endings, just asking you know, I want to see a WWII movie that is the opposite of these tragedy movies.
Bottom line, some people will get this movie and understand the deeper beautiful meaning behind it, and others just won't. They will just see it as another WWII movie. I know people who haven't read it but loved it because they appreciate words, writing, and reading like Liesel and Max did. I've read the book and it's beautiful. I'm sorry some of you guys can't see that.

It is so poetic, with Death telling the story, I think that poetry got lost in translation to the big screen.

Oh, the Americans did it themselves did they? No Russian, French or British troops involved? Then they fill an entire shot with an Apple logo right at the end. They didn't even try to make it subtle.
Here-here! U571 has got to be one of the worst! But there will always be an American to jump in & comment saying "We saved your ass!" Nope! Sitting on the sidelines to see which side has the upperhand then joining in to finish things off is not saving someone ass! Why can't it ever just be said to be an equal joint effort! xx
Are you joking? I've yet to see the film and I really hope you are. What a way to ruin a good film based on a good book, trust the Americans to slather their nationalistic 'history' over such a great historical setting.
espada9 If the film was apparently made for US eyes only (who appear to be so uncultured they have to have a specially edited version of history to cater for their nationalism). then why do they bother to release it in Europe? you know that continent with over 700 million people. And the only reason people like us 'obsess' over US media is because they have some perverse agenda of constantly insulting European culture and history.
What bothers me is that in the book, the fact that Liesel has brown eyes is important and here they just don't give a duck and hire a blue eyed actress. Also, it's nowhere nearly as good as the book because the narration is what makes this book a masterpiece and it can't be captured on screen.
Couldn't agree more! I do think she is a good actress. However, it makes me really mad that Markus didn't object to this even though I know he probably did not have a say in the matter. Geoffrey Rush, I must admit was very very good in the film!
I thought that too but although they didn't include EVERYTHING it's surprisingly pretty close to the book. I say u should at least give it a shot but if not that's ok too :)
The little girl tore my heart when she runs her hands over the books with such love. Only ab avid reader can understand the love strings that books can have over you. Lovely movie Looking forward to reading the book
I love how the audio guys putting together this trailer added a random narrator out of nowhere halfway through. like they recorded a narration by this guy, decided they didn't want it, and accidentally left some of it in there when they finished the trailer. Brilliant.
I just watched the movie and it ripped my heart out and smashed it into millions of little pieces especially in the end. I have to say my favorite character was Rudy and her father. Her father was always so nice to her I mean from day one he was like a best friend to her and Rudy well I mean their relationship caught me ever since he saw her for the first time I knew he was going to be a big part so I learned to love him and I learned that really quickly and I always love me some romance in movies and books ;) but the fact that she never kissed him while he was alive and that he never told her how he felt made me loose it and cry till I couldn't cry anymore
I feel ya ToT. Argh the ending.though. I was expecting they could be together or something or just a kiss but..but in the end all her family n him...all went away TAT don't like it
There's a lot in the book that they didn't have in the film. I'd rather be able to visualise something for myself and have it created in my own imagination than have someone do it for me.
Hmmm after I read the book I gotta say: there is no comparisson... The movie is good but the book captivates you during the second half (the first bored me a bit). My favorite character is Rosa, I cried when I read every line about her at the end, she was first a meh character to me but then I started loving her, then my second fav. character is Rudy, which to me shows the mind of a kid, how tender it is... Stories that involve kids in this kind of stories always make me feel sad and happy at the same time :/. Then Ilsa, full of mistery and attractive but such a sad story behind her, and at the end the father, Liesel and Max I always kept them like in the same line, not to attractive but sometimes they had their moments xD... I don't say the movie is bad, but if you have the oportunity to read the book, do it.
I love in this story the emphasis on words having taste and color and sound and such. And as much as the overall feel of the film is sadness, sometimes despair, it is a story rendered beautifully well. Like poetry.
I just finished reading The Book Thief and it is one of my favorite books. My best friend said she didn't like it because she didn't understand it nor did she like it being told in Deaths point of view, I guess that's why I fell in love with it. This book will be my favorite for years to come and I am excited for the movie because if it as half as good as the book was then the movie will be amazing.
The fact that I cried when I finish the book and me watching this trailer, It's like making myself remember hoe the book ends and how it hurts so much. Clearly, The Book Thief is one of the most beautiful and unforgettable book I have ever read. 💕
This is probably the best movie I've ever seen.... And I'm serious, it's just so extraordinary, it has such a deep meaning, I've seen it like 4-5 times and cried every time, also reading the book was very emotional.... I don't even know why but I'm obsessed with this fantastically beautiful story!!!!
The Book Thief is a riveting, raw novel about the reign of Nazi Germany through Death's eyes. The producers clearly took that topic and romanticized it and changed the true meaning, not understanding the sole purpose of the novel.
Murrummba I never said what the movie needed was more narration, so don't jump to conclusions and put words in my mouth. I find that incredibly offensive. I specifically stated that the reason why the movie was so inaccurate was credited to a number of things, not just the lackluster narration. My problem with the narration, in case you were wondering, is not that there wasn't enough but that the portions they did include did not capture the essence of death as written by Zuzak.
Murrummba Again, read my previous comment. When will you understand the fact that I do not and never have wanted more narration? I merely would like a change in the same quantity of narration. Is my point finally clear?
I will never get tired to read this book since the day I received it as a gift in 2005. to Markus Zusak, thank you for this wonderful historical book you wrote.
This was such a good book, up there for my favorite books. It is so true. Especially about death describing the colors of the sky. When my dog died, I remember the sky most of all. It was orange and pink, and each time they describe the sky and death, it just overwhelms me with inspiration.
I just watched the movie and seriously, I'm probably the most unemotional creature where I live but at that ending I cried for like 10 minutes straight :'(
This movie made me cry, Thanks to the writer, director and everyone involved in the creation of this master piece . I will never forget this beautiful movie all my life. Touched my soul my heart my life.
This movie broke my heart. I bawled my eyes out. It was so sad and depressing yet so amazing to make me react in such an emotional type of way. The acting and directing was prefect. Now I seriously need to read the book.
anoorag atri it's not a WW2 movie though... it's about a girl who happened to live in Germany who helped a jew from the goverment, sure the war was there but all movies that's in the 1970s isn't vietnam movies
+JLH CREATIONS idk about the movie but the book was heavily centered around how it was to grow up under the nazi regime. A huge part of it stemmed from the warring state of the country. Also death, as the narrator, would frequently interject and go places outside of liesel's immediate town, to events in WWII. In my opinion, that makes it a WWII movie
I loved the scene from the trailer about the Kristallnacht (not exactly sure how the name is english :D) - I havent seen it in a lot of WW2 movies (just being shown or even being explained and it played a bigh role in the book too as she stole the books from the piles to be burn that night.
It was August 2015 , my last exam ( 1st terms ,Physics 😅 that's the reason i remember everything ). This movie was premiering on Television , watched it with a bottle of coke and pack of chips and cried in the end , one of the best movies ever...... It was a good day....
I just came from seeing this movie, and I cried cried cried, I can´t describe with words what this made me feel, it was extraordinary, so touching to me, I was raised by my grandparents and my grandpa had a lot of things in common with Geoffrey Rush´s character, he was the one who taught me how to read, that joined me in my moments of "adventure" while playing with me, that inspired my love of books, it moved so many memories of my childhood, and also gives you an image of what that horrible war did for both sides, germans and jews.
Finished the book yesterday, couldn't stop crying. This trailer looks extremely different from what I imagined while reading the book. The characters look too clean and well-fed. Is the movie worth watching or does it ruin the story?
Finally finished reading the book, never have i cried so damn much :'( this is the first time i've seen a trailer, and i must say, it appears for the most part they've cast the right actors to the right characters. Cant wait to see the movie... Lets go break my heart all over again!
I read the book a few days ago and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. It's been a long time since a book made me cry, but this one did. It was such an emotional journey, and I felt like I was living through everything with Liesel. She's such an amazing character, and her story touched me deeply. I was heartbroken when Rudy died, and losing Papa and Mama was devastating too. Max was such a strong and inspiring character. "The Book Thief" is one of the most beautiful books I have ever read, and I can't wait to see how the movie brings it to life. ❤❤❤
Oh my God, I'm crying... So I once saw this book in a library and thought to myself that It's probably a boring book without even reading the summary on the back. Now this evening the movie played on a TV channel from my country and I thought ,,Oh, this is familiar... isn't it a screening of the book?" and I decided to watch it. I was so fascinated by the story that I did not let any second of it waste and honestly watching it all was all worth it. I'm so shook right now that I can't really think of what to say, other than that it brought me to tears. I can't believe how different the past was putting it next to our present! After watching it I was left with no word, just the tears going down my face. So this is a tip for you all: *Never judge a book by its cover*. ❤ ~From a Romanian girl whose life was changed by this art
I have read the book and it has a powerful meaning this isn't just another WW2 movie this is a movie that brings into the light how much words can have an affect on people and how it can either have a positive or negative affect but in this case it had a lasting negative affect that will forever be glued into our very dark and sad history all because of words being spread around.
this book. oh my lord this book. there'd be times it made me want to smile, to laugh, to dance with all the characters and have a good time. and then most of the time i wanted to scream, to cry, to say words that i hadn't even thought of yet. times i wanted to hug everyone and they'd magically be saved. and sometimes i just tried to pretend that some things plain out weren't happening. like max leaving, rudy, rosa, and hans' death. this book ripped me apart from every seam in one chapter and would sew me back up again by the next. it stomped on my heart like a mallet. but most of all, The Book Thief made me love and hate words more than i ever believed i could. i would dedicate my life to this book. truly phenomenal. edit: i wrote this after i read it the first time. since then, i've read it three more times second edit: i just finished the book for the sixth time third edit: two days ago we watched The Book Thief in english class (the class that had us read the book in the first place) and boy did i CRY
This film is literally one of the best ones I've seen. I loved every bit of it, the story, the plot and the cast is amazing! (Especially the little girl who played Liesel) not gonna lie, there are certain scenes where my eyes were proper teary :'( I just don't get why some people always have negative things to say. When I first watched the trailer I found the story interesting so I watched it and i ended up being drawn to it :)
To be honest, I don't like the movie not because its bad but its not well adapted. If you only watch the movie, you missed out on everything. The character developments, plot, monologue, the proper reason of title and all of the best thing Rudy Steiner. He is best buddy you can get.

And the only reason people like us 'obsess' over US media is because they have some perverse agenda of constantly insulting European culture and history.
Are you frick fraken dumb? That's how everything is in the book. Try reading it.
Do you really think the russians were in stuttgart? Look at a god danm map and look at the locations. #Facepalm
What bothers me is that in the book, the fact that Liesel has brown eyes is important and here they just don't give a duck and hire a blue eyed actress. Also, it's nowhere nearly as good as the book because the narration is what makes this book a masterpiece and it can't be captured on screen.
Hailey Niskanen De La Puente THANK YOU
+Hailey Niskanen De La Puente yah! duck them!
Couldn't agree more! I do think she is a good actress. However, it makes me really mad that Markus didn't object to this even though I know he probably did not have a say in the matter. Geoffrey Rush, I must admit was very very good in the film!
fede018 Clearly, you haven't read the book.
Hailey Niskanen De La Puente clearly.
Just finished the novel. Watched this trailer and already feel let down. I think ill pass.
I thought that too but although they didn't include EVERYTHING it's surprisingly pretty close to the book. I say u should at least give it a shot but if not that's ok too :)
James Stig I thought the movie did pretty good. Not perfect of course but I think it's important to appreciate the movie for what is.
Combustible Lemons Is it? I read the book then watched this but if I'll try it out if your saying it's ok... Thanks for the heads up! :)
I read the novel too, but I'm definitely watching the movie, doesn't look very disappointing
+James Physique same :)
The little girl tore my heart when she runs her hands over the books with such love. Only ab avid reader can understand the love strings that books can have over you. Lovely movie Looking forward to reading the book
M9988iii9
Rudy never got that kiss T_T
Well sorta
NoticeMehPls Mel? Postmortem kiss doesn't count
F*** YOU SPOILER
Oh he did. The night he died.
Snivellus Snape STOP BREALING MY HEART
The book is so much powerful than the movie. But dang, the last part of the film killed me.
Bruh, I'm a 14 year old kid and this made me stay awake for basically the whole night.
the trailer mans voice was totally unecessary
Absolutely, I was getting really interested and then the typical 'One man, one destiny' trailer voice came up.
Agree
I love how the audio guys putting together this trailer added a random narrator out of nowhere halfway through. like they recorded a narration by this guy, decided they didn't want it, and accidentally left some of it in there when they finished the trailer. Brilliant.
That voice actor killed it halfway through. What are we in the 90's?
Huh? You want it to sound modern or what?
I just watched the movie and it ripped my heart out and smashed it into millions of little pieces especially in the end.
I have to say my favorite character was Rudy and her father.
Her father was always so nice to her I mean from day one he was like a best friend to her and Rudy well I mean their relationship caught me ever since he saw her for the first time I knew he was going to be a big part so I learned to love him and I learned that really quickly and I always love me some romance in movies and books ;) but the fact that she never kissed him while he was alive and that he never told her how he felt made me loose it and cry till I couldn't cry anymore
IKR?????!!!1 They wouldve made such a good couple
I feel ya ToT. Argh the ending.though. I was expecting they could be together or something or just a kiss but..but in the end all her family n him...all went away TAT don't like it
READ THE BOOK. If the movie killed you, the book will send you to outer space, not kidding.
I loved Rudy too! Ah I hated hated hated his death... I just wish that she would've kissed him once. Just once.
The book will give you 100 times more impact...I CANT STOP CRYING EVER SINCE I READ IT ; ~ ; No other book will be as good as this one
This movie is amazing, but trust me, the book is better!
cool?????/
What's the difference anyway? The movie emotionally visualizes to every single scene which you can't picture from reading book.
There's a lot in the book that they didn't have in the film. I'd rather be able to visualise something for myself and have it created in my own imagination than have someone do it for me.
Yup, you're right. It just not me though. I don't read books. Once i burrowed a book from library to read, couldn't even read 2 pages, LOLz
Yeah, reading isn't for everyone. :)
Just finished reading the book and I've never cried so much over a book before so if the movie is half as good as the book I'll love it
The movie was incredible, you should definitely give it a try
I think the book is way better than the movie. But still, the movie is pretty good, I'm sure you'll enjoy it (:
Yes I did watch it and it was amazing but the book was better as always :)
I only wished they had chosen a different narrator.... He sounds like salesman or something
It's meant to to be death
if only the voice had been that of morgan freeman
Yes the first bit is boring..I'm tempted to watch the movie because i think I'm halfway in the book now.
My favourite from the book was Hans then Rosa then Rudy
The end still hurts me
The book and the movie made me cry. And I've never cried at a book or a movie. One of the best things I've read and watched. Amazing.
just literally finished the book 5 minutes ago and I was bawling my eyes out... time for the movie!!
I love in this story the emphasis on words having taste and color and sound and such. And as much as the overall feel of the film is sadness, sometimes despair, it is a story rendered beautifully well. Like poetry.
I'm just really glad that the actors didn't have British accents.
One of the most amazing books I've read in my life. I would recommend reading it before watching the movie. The book is always better!
I just saw it and am drowning in my own tears. I know they didn't add everything but it is a two hour movie and it's so good!
The Book Thief is a riveting, raw novel about the reign of Nazi Germany through Death's eyes. The producers clearly took that topic and romanticized it and changed the true meaning, not understanding the sole purpose of the novel.
Yeah but it is really hard to make a movie off of Death's perspective, isn't it?
NW Johnson No, it isn't. Insert a few monologues from Death and it's automatically improved by a drastic amount.
Murrummba Yes, but it was a pitiful attempt and not at all like the book.
Just finished the book. It was so heartbreaking..made me tear up. I fell in love with the characters.
I just finished the book and it is so beautiful. I was balling my eyes out at the end. I recommend the book 10/10.
I'm a German and I love this movie. My grandma said the events in the film were very close to reality.
Take your shit elsewhere !
You're German you should be proud of him ;)
negawut No we are not proud of him. But you should fear him because he has a lot of ghosts.
negawut Wow....
I will not hate German people because of what Hitler and the Nazis did. History is history, you can't change it
I will never get tired to read this book since the day I received it as a gift in 2005. to Markus Zusak, thank you for this wonderful historical book you wrote.
I have never cried so much over a story/film as I did to this.. I one point I literally had to carm myself down aha I loved it so much
This was such a good book, up there for my favorite books. It is so true. Especially about death describing the colors of the sky. When my dog died, I remember the sky most of all. It was orange and pink, and each time they describe the sky and death, it just overwhelms me with inspiration.
I just saw the movie, and came back here .
I found the movie really good. It talks about friendship, family love and hope .
thats why the movie is opposite of the book. The main theme is changed
Litteraly never cried over a book like over this one
I am in the last 50-30 pages of the book, finishing tomorrow, will watch the movie, I hope my expectations will be met.
I just finished reading the book right now, trying to figure out what to do with this pool of water under me
+Nameless I watched the movie yesterday. Book was better. Movie missed a lot of stuff.
+Daniel Paterson yeah true the book was way better
"Words are life Liesel. Want those pages, they're for you to fill."
I just watched the movie and seriously, I'm probably the most unemotional creature where I live but at that ending I cried for like 10 minutes straight :'(
Lmaoooo me and one of my friends always joke around calling eachother creatures so I laughed do hard when u wrote "most unemotional creature"
I cried too
Ikr i broke down
"If your eyes could speak. what would they say?" I wish this was some type of painting.
It's my favourite book and I really hope that the film does it justice.
just finished it great book but the film wont do it justice they never do
zphatman
the movie was great! I havent read the book ! but the movie was great. I was crying at the end !
zoala001 just watched the movie your right it was great I cried at the end of both book and movie
This movie made me cry,
Thanks to the writer, director and everyone involved in the creation of this master piece . I will never forget this beautiful movie all my life.
Touched my soul my heart my life.
I'm choking up at the trailer- though it might just be because I'm remembering how much I love the book
This movie broke my heart. I bawled my eyes out. It was so sad and depressing yet so amazing to make me react in such an emotional type of way. The acting and directing was prefect. Now I seriously need to read the book.
'Words are life'... An amazing film with un unbelievable screenplay! It left me thousands of beautiful feelings!
one of the best ww2 movies
rudy was the coolest guy of them
anoorag atri it's not a WW2 movie though... it's about a girl who happened to live in Germany who helped a jew from the goverment, sure the war was there but all movies that's in the 1970s isn't vietnam movies
Rudy was a traitor!
the big xd Wait was he a traitor in the movie? Cause he was loyal in the book...
I loved the scene from the trailer about the Kristallnacht (not exactly sure how the name is english :D) - I havent seen it in a lot of WW2 movies (just being shown or even being explained and it played a bigh role in the book too as she stole the books from the piles to be burn that night.
read the book, saw the movie. Can say that i wasnt let down
It was August 2015 , my last exam ( 1st terms ,Physics 😅 that's the reason i remember everything ). This movie was premiering on Television , watched it with a bottle of coke and pack of chips and cried in the end , one of the best movies ever......
It was a good day....
Now I want to read the book again
Really enjoyed this movie, it was a Roll Acosta of emotions for me but also it gave me a new appreciation for life and freedom.
What about Palestine in this time of un fair war
That part where she sees all the people she loved broke me.
I think this is saddest book I've ever read! The movie is good, they didn't add some lovely scenes, but the movie is a great adaptation.
I love how the mom warmed up to her 💕
Just finished this book and it was wonderful, very hopeful for the movie!
I watched this yesterday. It is the most beautiful and the best movie I've ever seen! (and I have seen countless movies). So powerful and so beautiful
DireWolfApocalypse Studios You should read the novel
I'm reading it at the moment!! Fantastic!
With each heartbreaking word, a little part of my heart tore off.
the movie was amazing! oh my gosh, i cried so much.
Finished the book yesterday, couldn't stop crying.
This trailer looks extremely different from what I imagined while reading the book. The characters look too clean and well-fed. Is the movie worth watching or does it ruin the story?
Was a kid when I first watched this. Now I grew up in love in reading books. This movie made me so emotional likewise taught me to open up and read.
Finally finished reading the book, never have i cried so damn much :'( this is the first time i've seen a trailer, and i must say, it appears for the most part they've cast the right actors to the right characters. Cant wait to see the movie... Lets go break my heart all over again!
Saw it for the first time in my school today, very nice movie.
The movie was absolutely beautiful. I'm really glad I watched it!
I've seen this movie exactly once. And I loved every second of it. I really want to read the book.
Baily Wilson The book is narrated by Death and its a MASTERPIECE.
❤❤❤
Sophie nelisse What a Great actor she deserves a Oscar already boy with The name rudy was Great too
The narration at 1:31 pretty much wrecked the trailer...
~From a Romanian girl whose life was changed by this art
The movie doesn't look half-bad. The book was absolutely amazing, so I'm a little wary of watching the movie.
(I finished the book today)
Oh my god this movie is awesome. One of the best I've ever seen. Stayed so true to the book and all the character descriptions fit!
This movie was amazing.
I totally agree! I love movies like this! I read about the book version, which is also supposed to be excellent.
Leigh Kilsdonk please, read the book. It's just stunning. Defenitely one of my favourites.
This movie blessed my soul
this book. oh my lord this book. there'd be times it made me want to smile, to laugh, to dance with all the characters and have a good time. and then most of the time i wanted to scream, to cry, to say words that i hadn't even thought of yet. times i wanted to hug everyone and they'd magically be saved. and sometimes i just tried to pretend that some things plain out weren't happening. like max leaving, rudy, rosa, and hans' death. this book ripped me apart from every seam in one chapter and would sew me back up again by the next. it stomped on my heart like a mallet. but most of all, The Book Thief made me love and hate words more than i ever believed i could. i would dedicate my life to this book. truly phenomenal.
edit: i wrote this after i read it the first time. since then, i've read it three more times
second edit: i just finished the book for the sixth time
third edit: two days ago we watched The Book Thief in english class (the class that had us read the book in the first place) and boy did i CRY
i just finished the book literally a minute ago, and i imagined them more filthy and thin
in my poor opinion.. i think that it's a bad adaptation, about the book. but still being a beautiful story.
your opinion is just that, POOR, this movie is a work of art
that's what i said about the book
but I'm a sith lord, so it makes a great point to my side of argument ^^
oh so, just because i'm a child i am idiot oh..
Just watched this movie... try not to cry, cry a lot. I bawled my eyes out! Sobbing while lying in a ball in the corner.
Please read the book. I loved the film but adored the book so much more.
exactly what i have imagined from the book.
To be honest, I don't like the movie not because its bad but its not well adapted.
If you only watch the movie, you missed out on everything. The character developments, plot, monologue, the proper reason of title and all of the best thing Rudy Steiner.
He is best buddy you can get.
This movie was incredible, highly recommend it.
This movie trailer looks so wonderful, am I right? Hang on until you see the entire movie. You can do it over the internet like I have done. There's this site I found that enables you to watch all the movies you want. My mother told me about this surprisingly. All this time I have seen a half-dozen movies with no issues. Check it out yourself with this site... *WatchTheseNow . com*
Rolande Largo I saw the movie already, that's why I commented ^^
If you think the movies good you should read the book I can't believe how good it was and the ending was so sad!
I was just about to get the book! I'm so exited to read it! :)
I only got 10 minutes into this movie before I got bored. Thankfully, I discovered a web site where they have got a lot of the newest movies streaming on the internet completely free. I absolutely adored this movie. I must try the book sometime.
I watched the movie and read the book. Very good movie but the book was a lot better
zphatman The book is always better, haha. Im totally gonna read the book!
Yep c:
Did you read it?
