You may not see this but I have recently purchased a jade's jd-168bt second hand and I can not get it to show up on my phone through the jadens app. It just says device not found when I search it. Any ideas?
Hey ambo 😊 non biased third party here who owns more label printers in my facilities than I can count - they all do. Some take up to 10 labels to properly measure if they get it right the first time. This one is fairly cheap comparatively and it actually calibrates easily so far, only had to do it twice (had it for like 6 months or so)

Legend has it I’m still wasting till this day (as I come back often as I forgot how to calibrate)
