- This is around two and half years into the making of Part 4. I had just come off of about 8 months of working in studios, at which time I didn't make a whole lot of progress since I wasn't working on it full time. I'm still playing around with different camera angles at different parts. I took them a little higher in the mesosphere before the thunderclap as I wanted to look like they were on the verge of leaving the earths atmosphere, and have a longer drop time.
At this point it was still rough and needed a lot of work in all areas but pretty much all the action is staged out by this point, though more than a minute and a half would be inserted at various points to flesh out the action before it would be finished. The next year and four months would be devoted to full time work to finish the video.

The fight started 12 years ago still not over
Close. It was actually 10 years ago way back in December of 2010, but once it's 12 years later in December of 2022, there will probably not be an ending to it. By then, Part 5 will probably already be posted, but where it too will probably end with a TO BE CONTINUED where there still won't be an ending yet.

Of course it would be screwed up if he took that long, even if it would be the final Superman vs Hulk video. He's already taken more than a decade since the first one came out, which was in December of 2010.

It's too bad he's still not finished with it. The fact that he posted footage of this way back in December of 2010 despite the fact that he wouldn't be anywhere near close to finished even now here in 2020, is utterly stupid and cruel of him. I feel sorry for anyone who saw Superman vs Hulk - The Meeting from December of 2010 to June of 2011, or both that video and also the Superman vs Hulk - The Fight (Part 1) video in June of 2011. Think about how tormenting it must be for those people who are still alive and waiting for an ending. He shouldn't have posted any footage of this Superman vs Hulk project until he would have been finished with it, even if it wouldn't be until another 9 years later. Movie makers finish their movies before releasing them, and Mike shouldn't have released any footage of this project at all until he would be finished with it. Him releasing the project in segments while he continues to make us wait years and years for an ending, is despicable and downright cruel.

SILVΞRDЯΛGØИ Not just render but to animate. Hulk is an energetic character that is full of many different attack’s. SuperMan is too. It’s also hard to think of an decent ending, will Hulk turn back into Banner? Has hulk lost his energy? All sorts of question kinda need to be answered.
And if that’s not enough, this animator wants to replicate hulks movement based on the marvel films..

If he ever finishes the series, it wouldn't surprise me if he'd take at least a decade in addition to the nine years he's already been taking his first video of the series came out. His first video of the series came out in December of 2010. I feel sorry for the people who discovered that video of his, within that same month. Little did they know we'd still not have an ending even after all this time here in 2020. It's like if you were to visit him and he offered you a tall glass of iced tea, if you were to accept his offering and wait for him to be done with it, then you would have to be prepared to spend the night there because he wouldn't be done with your drink until the next day.

@@Steveman27 it’s 3D animation it’s really hard for one person to do it. But I feel like he should hire some people who have the experience. To make this process 2-5 times faster. Cause once he’s done with this idk if we wanna wait another 10 years of him making another fight animation. Unless he keeps it under 3min then he’ll post it maybe every 2 years.

If he did, he would take an extremely long time to get anything done. It's been nine years since he posted the first video of this Superman vs Hulk thing, which was in December of 2010, yet here we are now in 2020 with still no ending. If he had a job at MCU or DC, he would hold everyone back for inordinate amounts of time with how long he would take and everyone would be way behind schedule because of him, just like with the Superman vs Hulk thing that he's still not done with.

Have you ever had to animate something ? If you’re doing it all by yourself or even with 2 or 3 people an animation just for a 5 minute clip could take 2 months because you know , people have jobs, and lives and their not being paid for it ! MCU and DCU has animation teams with over 200 people ! , I used to have an animation channel and people like you would post the same exact comment but don’t realize how long it takes to do animations/cgi and special effects FOR FREE, with little to no team while maintaining your own life ....bruv your comment was the most narcissistic comment ever smh “ he would slow everyone down “ no respect for this man or his craft ?

At least Hollywood offers endings to their movies or video projects. At least they don't make you wait at least nine years for an ending. Mike did the first Superman vs Hulk video way back in December of 2010, and yet it's now February of 2020 and he's still not finished, so at this point, he deserves to be ridiculed, because he's taking a ridiculously long time to finish. I can only imagine how those people who were unfortunate enough to see that Superman vs Hulk - The Meeting video in that same month that it came out, which was in December of 2010, must feel nowadays with it now being nine years later, with there still being no ending.

Well Lance, it's too bad we couldn't get an ending to this when we were still in our 30s. I was 31 when the first video of this series came out in December of 2010. It would've been cool had we got an ending to this half a year later in June of 2011 when I was 32. I'm now 41 years old now that it's 2020, and it's a damn shame that we still don't have an ending to this.

After all these years, since part 1, my hope has been for a part 5 but combined with all previous parts and updated. Would be a pleasant surprise.
These may be variations and tests and extended cuts of moments we've seen long before, but it is still fun to see again!
I love the richness you put into the red of Superman and his blue is just divine ... plus the impact you put into the fights are really powerful.

It's been a long time. Mike, any luck with Part 5?
It’s been years that I’ve been waiting for the next part.
And it'll probably be years until he comes out with Part 6 since he already said in an interview with Lucas Ridley that even Part 5 won't be the final video, and for all we know, he might continue to draw it out even further than that where he comes out with a Part 7, so could take at least 25 years to finish from when he came out with his first video, which was in December of 2010, which was titled Superman vs Hulk - The Meeting.
So Part 6 is going to be the final one?
I don't know if the Thunderclap would have work if he got the Hulk high enough to where the air was so thin that it wouldn't have been possible to use the super thunder clap. But I guess I'm just nitpicking and this is pretty cool. But I'm really hoping that part 5 takes place on the ground this time lol

In the comics, the madder the Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes. At this point, the Hulk should be World Breaker Hulk or at least Savage Hulk. The Hulk doesn't have a limit, which means his strength is limitless. So, each punch or kick that Superman has landed on him, he would just become stronger and would be basically unstoppable, which would be a worthy opponent to Superman, who's OP as fuck. So in other words, don't make the Hulk angry, you won't like him when he's angry.

And a part 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. We'll get an ending in probably late 2060.

I love how you're not biased and this is made for fans of both Superman and the Hulk as there would never truly be a winner between the two. It's basically when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object - impossible. The truth is, no matter how much these two will fight, there won't be an actual winner.
Actually considering Christopher Reeve's Superman is silver age... one of the strongest versions of the character.... he has a better chance of beating the Hulk with a mix of his abilities and powers.
You cannot possibly think Shoes and Hulk are an even match. Supes multiple abilities alone gives him the edge, but his speed is what changes the entire game.

He posted a video of his Superman vs Hulk footage way back in December of 2010, yet here we are 9 and a half years later in early July of 2020 with still no ending to it. That's fucking horrible and cruel of him to tease us and troll us like that. Every time he comes out with the next part, he gets our hopes up that it'll be the final video, only for him to tease and troll us by having it end on just another cliffhanger like he always does. He shouldn't have posted an footage of this at all; not in 2010, not in 2011, or 2012, or even in 2019, until he'd actually be finished with it. they need to hire this man as director in choreography, he's giving us the action we don't get from these big studios.
First of all, the big studios still do a better job than Mike does. Second of all, the studios give us actual endings instead of giving us segment after segment over the course of years with a TO BE CONTINUED at the end of every video like Mike does. They give us endings to their projects, something Mike still hasn't done for us ever since his first video of this, which was posted way back in December of 2010, which was titled Superman vs Hulk - The Meeting. Given how Mike doesn't care that his audience wants an ending, and since he therefore doesn't take his animation work seriously, if he was hired on as a director, he would take much longer than scheduled. He would waste so much time and be far behind schedule and nothing would get done. What would take another person 5 months to do, he would take 2 years to do. He would slow everything way down and waste everybody else's time if they hired him as a director of choreography.
@@Steveman27 because it's not Mike's job to create these animations, but give him the paychecks that these big budget studios are paying to directors, and bam. I've seen all MCU movies, and most of the CGI fight scenes get chumped on by Mike.
So is this the last draft, or how many more do you have left? I mean it is interesting in seeing the process behind the episode, but after seeing so many drafts it dose wear a bit. Still I have congratulate you for the hard work you put into this. I'm not even close to reaching your level yet. And Beleave me, I tried making my own 3d fight project, but couldn't mast the controls in time.

I'm thinking it will probably be in a few months in December of 2022, given how Part 3 and Part 4 came out in December of the years that they came out. However, Part 5 will probably end on a "To Be Continued" just like those others have, so it'll probably be at least another 5 years for Part 6 to come out, and according to what Mike said about it in his interview with Lucas Ridley, even Part 6 might not be the final video.

This series is in my opinion the best VS battle in all of youtube by a clear mile. The cgi, the cinematography and the musical score are phenomenal and really cinematic. You and your team have done and excellent job and I can't wait to see more!

Any VS video that ScrewAttack! has done is better than this series since the whole thing is within a single video, whereas this series has gone on where the first video of it was posted in as far back as 2010. The fact that there's still no ending to it is absolutely ridiculous, and it's very cruel of Mike, especially since he chose to not have part 4 be the final video, which came out on December 31, 2017. He could have easily made it be the final video,and he should have, but he didn't, and here we are now in 2020 with still no ending, so he no longer deserves respect of admiration. At this point, he deserves mockery and ridicule since it's now been nine years since that first video, yet he's still not done.

I think scenario number 4 is the most likely explanation. If he gave a damn about us, he would have at least made part 4 the final video.
