Cowboy Bebop is S tier. The story is great and the movie which takes place around episode 22 is fantastic as well. The composer is great as well. She's done A LOT of anime music. Yoko Kanno.

I highly recommend reading the Tokyo Ghoul manga. The adaptation doesn’t do it justice.
