In this video Rick Shiels PGA professional goes head to head with fellow PGA professional Peter Finch. In this match Rick Shiels has challenged Peter Finch to 18 holes of match play at Dragonridge Country Club in Las Vegas. Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson played The Match in Las Vegas and now it's time for #RickVsPete. The loser will have to take the 855 feet jump from The Stratosphere on the Las Vegas strip. I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes "gimmicky" golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

Looks massively downhill, still probably a 180-190 carry which is decent
Down hill, down wind. That does not count. I've hit 400+ yard drives from a elevated tees in the heat on hard fairways.
Bro! they were saying 215 for their 7 irons.......im hitting my 7 iron around 150ish+. And dont worry, i drive around 220 as well.
Elevation, dry hot air, etc etc.
I drive 260 and I was like how I would have to hit driver on that hole

I like these videos for the comedy. Pete trying to cap the bottle after the eagle is just classic.
Had I been smart knowing you had set up this match in Vegas, I would have recommended a particular course to play. It would have been one to knock your socks off, one you'd remember for the rest of your life. Only a 45 minute drive from Vegas to Mesquite Nv. is a course called "Wolf Creek", rated one of the best in the U.S. And you were so close to it, damn !! Great match so far guys.

I learned a cool little tidbit from this. I use to stand directly behind the ball when aiming, and now I stand almost parr. to the line...and I've never hit my targets better, ever!
I realized that when I do go straight behind it, and walk to it I changed vantage points. By walking from the parr. line already, I feel way more square and confident to my shot.

I really liked this video because it shows the human aspect of a great golfer. A lot of youtubers cut out their bad shots but I think it’s cool to see the ups and downs of golf that even professionals can experience.

Downhill wind at their backs, and the air is thin because it’s dry as a bone and hot. Easily an extra 10-20 yards on each club.
I live 1300m above sea level, so Vegas might actually be more like 180 for my driver.

I am a golfer from Atlanta that has played many courses in LAS area. I kept looking at Dragon’s position relative to the strip and thought to myself “this Dragon must be the old Anthem course”! Now I know, I need to go play Dragon as well. And yes, Rick & Pete from Manchester - take him up on his Anthem offer - a very nice and playable track.

I appreciate the heck out of golfers that walk up, set up, and hit without sitting there staring at the ball and down the fairway for a solid minute. You should keep in mind, in New Zealand (and other commonwealth countries) it costs $70 a month to watch the PGA rounds on TV, so to watch you lads for free, its so much fun! And you both play so well its like watching the "real thing". Keep playing together, and sometimes play as a team against other teams and I will always watch your games!! keep it up!
