⁉ Q&A:
1. What is the heat tape?
Heat resistant or Kapton tapes are first popularized by semiconductor assembly to shield the underlying chips from heat source.
2. Heat tape in sublimation?
During heat sublimation of T-shirt, tumblers and mugs, heat tape is used to affix sublimation design to these blanks and subsequently subjects to high heat from a heat press or oven. The ink from design will then become gas and solidify to the porous surface of sublimation blanks.
3. Why heat tape dispenser?
Office tape dispensers can only cut and dispense one piece at a time. Example of this is Scotch tape dispenser. So to tape down a shirt, the operator has to pull and tear multiple times and this will slow down the sublimation process. In addition, dispensing this way also requires two hands - one on the shirt and the other on tape dispenser.

I bought one of these a week ago and have been fighting with how to put my heat tape rolls on! the instructions that came with it, were a joke (I got one off Amazon), no where did it state you had to put the tape "upside down" I was putting it on how you would any other tape dispenser , sticking side facing down!
Most likely you have bought the dispense from our competitor. We put the instruction on two conspicuous places - The simplified visuals on the packaging and the QR code through which you can watch a similar video on our Amazon page. It’s okay that none of them create contents on RUclips. We feel it’s our obligation to take care all of the heat tape dispenser customers because behind each of you, there is also a story that worth telling. Together we can write a whole new chapter.

great demo but what do you use the other side for? There is a tape cutter... Help?
I think u mean the side cutter, I usually load that side with clear tape or a masking tape
what can l do when it doesnt wan to cut the tape.
i have tried diferrent way,doesnt cut the tape ,new old doesnt cut,
Contact our service please so we can maybe send you a replacement. If the cutter inside the compartment won't turn , that's usually the culprit.

Hi, so the side cutter requires a 3” (ID) tape that you can easily find on Amazon. To load the tape, find the black half-circle stopper piece that’s on the side loader, lift it up and and slide your tape in. Once the tape is loaded, lower down the stopper and the tape roll will be secured.

ah was was to get one of these but it cuts it too long for what i need crafting wise so its alot of waste reallly
The side cutter can cut tape of any length, but the watermill part only cuts about 1.4” long strip. Is 1.4 “ still too long for you?
We need 13 cm length of tape, can you help us with that?
13 cm will translate to a mere 5” in length. I doubt any manufacturer will produce the tape in volume.
@@echomerx we have special application and we are slitting the jumbo roll of tape as per our need.
I found in the shop that offers 35mm and 46mm , till now i still dont know whats the difference 😂

Why do u need such small tape cuts
Small tape length, around 1.5”, helps gift wrapping because when you hold the wrap with one hand and the other to tear the tape, small tape is easy to apply. So in general small tape helps in situation when you work with one hand already
