If your getting diesel in the oil the umbrella seals on the pump shaft have either gone bad or rubbed into the brass sleeve creating a groove which is allowing fuel to bypass to the crankcase. Pump should be pulled off and inspected and new seals installed.
@@jesustrevino765 I assume ur engine oil level is going up? Is it really thin or thick? Thick could be hydraulic, thin diesel. Check your rear end oil level also, you hydraulic also lubes the wet clutches. If the seal on the input shaft in the transmission is bad ur oil could be going to the rear end.
We used to check the tips for spray pattern and to see if they drip. Deutz must have had a poor supplier back in their day because it seemed we tossed away about 1/3 of the new tips as we tested them because they dripped or sprayed wrong. A drip or an incorrect spray pattern can burn up a piston and/or sleeve.
@@nashsummers8050 OK, I was talking about the new tips. Deutz-Allis must have had a bad supplier in the day because so many brand new tips were bad right out of the box for us. But this was in the transition years from Deutz-Allis to AGCO. I'm glad you took all the time you did in putting up these videos. I don't think I'm halfway through them yet but I do enjoy them. I worked in the Allis shop from the spring of 1991 through January 1995. I learned a lot then and I hope to have time in my own shop soon to do these kind of things again.
@@SilverGleaner thanks for sharing I bet that was frustrating for sure. I got my tips from a local diesel injection shop and luckily didn’t have any problems. Thanks for comments and watching my videos!
@@nashsummers8050 outstanding. Hoping to get my 7010 out of the shop next week. Doesn't look as sharp as your 190... But it will have air conditioning!!! I looked at several 190s, but never found one that looked as sharp yours and couldn't pass on this one.
Just ran across this video. Where were you able to get your injector parts
Could you tell me where to get that manuel?
Colin I get all my manuals from jensales.com.
@@nashsummers8050 thank you!
I'm getting diesel in to motor oil

@@nashsummers8050 you think it's any way that I can get hydraulic into the oil
@@jesustrevino765 never heard of that happening before. Can you get a sample and have it tested?
@@nashsummers8050 w hydraulic is going down real bad and I don't see no leaks
