    Ingredients
    roasted peanuts -100 GMS (without skin)
    coconut -25gms
    Jaggery - 125 GMS
    cardamom powder 1 tsp
    ghee 1 tsp
    Recipe
    1. Roast the peanuts in low flame until it becomes crispy. Let it be cool down.
    Meanwhile Take a box or plate (for chikki) apply ghee / place a parchment paper and Keep it aside.
    2.Remove the skin and crush it using a blender or mixi pulse option or with a rolling pin .
    3. In a pan take Jaggery and add 1 tbsp water and make a syrup. consistency should be hard( as shown in the video).
    4. Then add crushed peanuts , coconut powder ,and ghee. combine well in 30-40 sec.
    5. Transfer to the plate ( we prepared it before) & Level up with a spatula or using a flat surface bowl. ( Apply ghee on the bottom)
    6. Place the marks for the desired shape when it will be little warm.Then let it cool down completely.
    7. Transfer to the plate and break the pieces according to the marks .
    store it in a container.
