My son had terrible eczema as a toddler- to the point where he'd wake up bleeding, from scratching in his sleep. We tried all the Rx ointments & even prednisone- no help. So I just started using Eucerin oil-based body wash on him, & then slathering him in raw, unrefined coconut oil, right after his bath, while his skin was still kind of damp. It worked within less than a week! 🎉

@ANNAREID29 Sure thing- I hope it works out! 🤞 I know how frustrating it can be, when your little one is suffering & you feel like there's not much you can do for them... 😟 Good luck!

Coconut oil sounds great, because young boys should not regularly get in contact with lavender containig oils, because lavender influences the hormon production.

Have you checked if your baby is sensible to gluten? Because eczema ( atopic dermatitis) is a common symptom of that sensitivity. If by any chance you get a positive result from your immune system, follow you doctors instructions ( if you have one with open to really understand the problem. If not change the doctor because it will be your sons company all his life and its extremely important to protect the small intestine first and by default the rest of the digestion system and ALL the organs and systems of the body. Once you control the “ invasion” of gluten into the body ( some are even sensible to physical contact with gluten) the manifeststions of the immunological reaction will get better. The person sensible to gluten could also become sensitive to other things too, thats why controlling exacerbation keeps the immune system working but not becoming “ paranoic” I would say. In my case now I react to soy too which I don’t mind because I do not consider it healthy for me but I wasnt sensible to it before. And, I have been not responding to the dentists anesthetic for many years and I developed that problem instantaneously, from one visit to the dentist to the other. Teeth are one of the areas where sensitivity could create a disaster thanks to the malabsorption of calcium. And there I was, for 25 years trying to fix disaster without anesthesia. I even had to extract a molar without any desensitization. I recovered the possibility to use anestheic again just a year ago. I also developed cataracts in a blink of an eye without having any previous problem with the eyes except being near sighted. That is why the immune system is sooo important, because it could affect all your body from head to toe and in and out. - if baby is not sensible to gluten, better, fantastic, I pray for that! It could then be a temporay reaction to something more simple that could go away by itself at a given time soon. But checking to be sure is not a bad idea to see what is really happening and take the appropriate measure depending on the case.
Blessing to your baby and best wishes to all the family.❤

I just want you to know that I really appreciate your videos. I just recently started watching you and I have watched many “influencers“ and I find quite a few of them that seem to come across as snobby and fake and very sales pitchy, if that’s really a word, lol! But you come across as very sincere And more like a friend, without doing all the exaggerated hand, motions, and using all the vernacular like every other wannabe Barbie doll.

Based on the idea that the best way to create routines is to reduce friction/ reduce obstacles between you and the habit you want to achieve, I feel like the sunglasses holder would be problematic. The holder is neat to look at, however you would have to unsnap it to open it up and spread it out each time you need to retrieve your sunglasses. The minor extra step would be enough for me to just use whatever glasses were already out. I keep my sunglasses on a tray. The tray provides the glasses a home plus I can view and access the glasses with ease / no barriers, no friction.

Another great video, Anna, with lots of useful information. I think your hair looks great! I will be looking into the magnesium cream. I can definitely vouch for the belt hole punch. I bought one with some hesitation, thinking it would require a lot of force to punch through leather, and I don't have a lot of grip strength. It was surprisingly easy though - almost as easy as using a paper hole punch!

The sunglasses thing? I thought you were going to suggest some safe way of carrying them in your handbag not using a bulky glasses case. I hated that. I don’t need six pairs of the things . Plus I was struggling driving with low sun right in my eyes giving me migraines. My solution? Photochromic lenses in a dark version. My eyes no longer trouble me, I have sunglasses permanently on hand when I need them. One pair does it all. They’re back to clear after a minute or so indoors. Job done.

Anna, watch your video. The other baseball caps have visors that are too wide for your face. The one you like has a much narrower visor. You can reshape the visor on any baseball cap. Guys do it all the time. Try it on the ones you have that don’t flatter your more narrow face shape.
PS. I use castor oil on my face without a carrier oil. I pat it on well before bedtime…….it sinks in after a while 😉 and won’t feel sticky at all. It also sinks in better immediately after a hot shower when your pores are open.

Thx, Anna. I have used a cosmetic crayon in my bottom waterline all my life. 3 weeks ago I had an eye Dr. Apptmt. I wear contacts and live in the dry high desert. Dr. Told me to stop with the waterline- it blocks the tear ducts from producing liquid. No. 2, maybe you should try “Youth” size caps instead of Adult size. Hi Anna... Great hacks. I usually fold my sweater over because I dont think a heavier sweater looks good tucked in either. I will have to get that belt thing. You and your husband looked so nice in that pic. That is interesting about the magnesium cream. I take the magnesium glycinate vitamin pillsto sleep..others without the glycinate dont help. I am so glad you found something for your little one's excema. I have not worn heels for years...might have to try your hack. People tell me I look good in caps but I have the opposite problem..a big head😮😮😂. Adidis and a few brands fit me or a man's. You look cute in the one that fit. You were talking about castor oil. I bought the Jamaiican black oil. Even an eye doctor could not tell me why my eyes were getting gunked up at night so bad that I had a hard time opening my eyes the last three months. I used it faithfully and in three weeks it stopped and my eyelashes are thicker. I tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows, because it not help grow my brows back to my full ones of the past or make them darker. Now with the tint and thicker tinted lashes I look better in the mornings or nights I dont have mascara on. Great seeing you Anna❤❤❤ Have a great weekend

My son went on an elimination diet, and at the end of it, had to remove gluten from his diet, and his eczema was gone in a few days for good! Dairy was also eliminated, and thankfully, no more tummy issues. It’s the root cause you need to discover, and gluten is a big one. His leaky gut also needs to be repaired, but natural products are certainly helpful, until you figure out the root cause, so he can heal, or more issues may come along. Maybe try the holistic route, if you haven’t already. Good luck🌷🌷🌷

If you could make a video about breast lift experience, it would be very helpful for many women. Of course to the extent that you feel comfortable sharing 💕

After my breast reduction in 2005, I wore a navy on bottom and white on top bathing suit to a pool. When I got out of the pool, my ex-husband came over to me and put a towel around my chest. I then realized that my breasts were higher than they used to be and that white was not the best choice for a bathing suit that day, lol. The scars fade and you'll be thrilled with the results of your lift for years to come. Just don't make the bathing suit color choice mistake I made. 😉

I like the sweater out on you much better. Do you think you could please slow down a bit when you talk? So hard to follow what you are saying sometimes. You usually talk too fast.

You can slow down the video, which will help you enormously. Tap on the video screen and tap on the settings button (4th from left) and select your desired speed. You can speed a video up or down. Hope this helps.

The so called hair curler is exactly like my hair crimper from the year 2000. It didn’t look good then and it doesn’t look good now, as far as I’m concerned. In ‘crossroads’ with Britney Spears, she has a moment with her hair crimped. Not her best look but at least she young enough to pull it off. To each their own. But it’s funny how things are re-marketed as something new.

Try the kids section for smaller caps - I got one cap from Gucci kids and one from Fendi kids as I have a smaller head as well. They fit perfectly - and had a much better price point than the adult version 😉
