    I own an Impreza base and just ordered a 2024 base. Plenty of power, handles great, 30+ mpg, Subaru reliability and awd for 25K. Best car for the money on the market bar none.

    Hey Tyler, super cover. I just bought one of these in February in white. Been a Subaru guy for @ 20 years, all Imperza's and had a 2012 wide body WRX for 3 years. This is a really great little car for $25,600. Anyway, keep up the good work bro. Steven

    I just got a new car last year. Prior to that it had been almost 20 years. What the base trims can come with blows my mind. That new car 20 years ago was a limited trim with all the Bell. It didn't have half the stuff this comes with.
    Big shout-out to Tyler. We should all be so lucky to have someone like that in our life. However brief it may be. They leave a lasting impression on us.

    I just traded my 2016 base Impreza for a 2023 WRX. If I remember correctly, the 2016 base came with an allow wheel option, but they were only 15 inches. These 16's they put on the 2024 base model look much nicer.

    • @txryder79

      The 24 base comes standard with 16" steel, but alloys are an option and are about a grand more...and still 16" I like that because replacement tires are more affordable.

    According to Subaru's spec sheet: the base model lacks a rear stabilizer bar, and also there are some bushing differences (compared to the Sport.)

    My 2023 Crosstrek has 16.6 gal fuel capacity.
    91 and better octane fuel makes the 2L Boxer engine come alive. These engines are very high compression.

    • @jeffrey3498
      @jeffrey3498 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@richardepstein3494 Can’t just say that without providing evidence to the contrary. You’re just gaslighting. Do you even have a manual Crosstrek? What I said is absolutely true as it applies to my 2023 CT.

    • @jeffrey3498
      @jeffrey3498 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@richardepstein3494 Just to add, in the Subaru owner’s manual Subaru says that a small amount of engine pinging is acceptable. It’s not. Subaru does not want to say that the engine would be better off with higher octane. Crosstrek buyers, on the most part, are frugal, and they don’t want to put premium fuel in their Crosstreks.
