I normally don't like green cars, but that one is awesome.
You can make the speaker lights white while the other ambient lighting is different. That's how I have my M60i set up, and it's choice.

I think bmw is doing some cost cutting. The back doors should have comfort access! Also, you should be able to recline the seat from the boot. My x3m has both features 🤔

Personally M8GC cause I like lower center of gravity and seating position. Although if I recall correctly the 8 series GC has a conventional trunk, not the hatchback so it’s not super practical haha.
@@EddieX dang lol I just bought a ‘25 x5m today. I just felt like the m8gc was a little bit of a boat. Plan is to probably trade the x5m on the new m5 when it comes out. Would have gone with a panamera turbo but prices are just so high. I think you get a better value with bmw. I’m sure I’ll trade it in soon on a 911 though ha.
The suspension is really stiff on it. It’s awesome on the highway and smooth roads, but not ideal for any one who has to drive on brick / rough / bad roads.
It definitely rides firm! I didn’t mind it on some not so great Michigan roads but I can also see how it could get tiring.
Fit mss adjustable suspension & everything is sorted plus will looks miles better too
This is why I got the M60i. Best of both worlds.

Personally i had an XM for a month i sold it a month after i bought it with 0 km like my own spec it cost me around 210$k but was it actually worth it? Well if i say in business way yes in personal prespective not that much yes its prespective more comfortable but not 200$k+ comfortable so but so value for money this is 10 times better....

Hey question - i noticed the M cars have different software design than non M cars. Is there any way to get that software design on a non m car? Like yours has different color schemes and is more vibrant overall.
Not sure if the aftermarket has an option for that quite yet.
You can use Bimmercode to change the instrument cluster to display M style gauges. I haven’t messed with all the different settings for a while, so there could be more things you can change on a non M car.

@@EddieX it’s been out now for about 9 months. The early built 2024 models (in 2023) originally had iDrive8. BMW later rolled out an update of 8.5. I’m assuming you had one of those early builds.

I completely agree. I used to have a 2016 M235i XDrive. I missed the car, but the maintenance scared me. I recently bought the Tesla M3P- 2023. Nothing has beaten me on the street for the price. The only thing I hate about German cars, with the exception of Porsche is the resale value takes a serious hit overtime.

My 2007 X5 has the same issue with the electronics and requires a constant hard reset of iDrive. How can a company like BMW keep fucking this up?
The run flats do not help with the ride, I replaced my run flats and about 5psi less then max and it’s night and day

X5s have always been this expensive, back in the original X5 days 2002-2006 with 4.6is and 4.8is they were mid to late $70k cars, in todays money that was over $105k and that was not an M, an equivalent to like an M50i today

In Germany the X5m costs 160.000€ , which is 174.000 Us dollars, so it appears to be a fair price in the US not in other countries.
