In one camp I set up those camp items in a prefab as a 'gym' called Buff Out but I also have them in a shelter for my camps without them above ground. For the camp I placed it near my vendors so that players could use them and sometimes players will buy from my vendor after they grab the buffs. When I go back to my camp (roughly every 30 -40 minutes depending on events) to collect resources/dump items in my stash/vendor I refresh the buffs.
You're living the dream there, there's perhaps not many of us, but enough that i don't feel utterly alone in it; Most of the time i'm too heavy to tp to a camp, take Fasn for example, from 2 days into that event and then for the next 2 weeks i could go to the scrip machine and max out 1 minute after reset, meaning anything i'd get that day, for the next 23 hours, i'd have to carry it around if i couldn't stash it, i've had some high cap items on me that i'm not just going to give away or sell cheap to make myself lighter, and so any time i list something in my vendor im back at max caps again because it sells, then i have to close shop and then my stash has no way TO empty over time, leaving me usually stranded somewhere, overweight until i can walk my ass to somewhere where i cant spend caps, and already that's becoming hard, ive got everything i need from every Train St Vendor, for now all the stuff i need or want from the mall, i dont need PA crap so that's tens of thousands of caps that wont have a way of being spent when im not buying the upgrades/mods, and ill be the first to tell you 90% of player vendors sell absolute shit. you're either a fallout first player, or you're quite happy to keep absolutely nothing on you and happy to go out and find resources every single time you want to even patch up some armour, that's not how to make a game lol. With all that in mind i find it almost funny to say we need items that give perks that will burn out after only 30mins, its unrealistic for anyone who aint down with buying the same game 30 times over to say they can get back to camp that often.
@@CyPhaSaRin If you get over-encumbered and don't want to trudge somewhere. Go to the expedition option, travel to Atlantic City then back to the map and then select Whitesprings Refuge - you'll be able to FT there regardless of how heavy you are. You don't need to be the team leader to travel to the expedition locations. I've bought every plan, every serum recipe so now I just buy Assaultron recall cards or bulk junk from the vendor to clear caps and refill the vendors caps so that I can sell them more junk. I have Fallout 1st so I'll launch a private world and dump items in the balloon box at Nuka World on Tour, then switch to an alternate 'mule' character who I load up with the items. These can be legendaries I'm saving for resale later or scrip, food, chems, plans etc. Or I have the mules sell or scrip in case I ever decide to play them. Sometimes the bulk junk I buy I've dumped to the mule characters so they can have a basic camp but usually when Treasure Hunters is on I'll have them buy ordinary mole miner pails, use their scrap to make the crafted pail then open it for whatever goodies it has. Anything good that's saleable goes to the main. Most plans I sell for 10% or lower of the 'recommended' value unless it has some degree of rarity.
