@@Daily_Dose_Nepal As far as I think, once we realize that we don't have anything to do with this world, we dissolve into the cosmic energy, otherwise we yet do not join it, like "haunting soul or Bhatkiyeko Aatma". Therefore, once we join it, we donot remain individual.

My cousin sent me this video a while back but only found the courage to watch it today. I lost my dad last year. I put him on a ventilator and he didn't come back. I keep thinking of things I could've, should've and would've done. He was a healthy man of 54 years and no one thought that the end would come so soon.
I'm not sure if there's life after death. I'm choosing to live a life without the man I love the most because I know that as long as I live, the values I've learnt from him will survive.
