डा. साब बसन्त पन्तको सब कुरा सुने।लास्टमा आयेर झुट बोल्नुभो र यो कमेन्ट लेख्नु परो।वाहाको कुरो छ अनाबस्यक खर्च त बिमारिलाइ गराइदिनुभयेननी भन्ने कुरामा म केहि भन्न चाहन्छु।सात बर्स अघि 64 बर्सको मेरो आमालाइ अचानक ब्रैन ट्युमर देखियो MRI रिपोर्ट अनुसार ग्लियोब्लास्टोमा ग्रेड 4 देखियो। भनेको cancer को अन्तिम चरण होला मेरो बुझाइमा।वाहा सग सल्लाह गर्दा operation गर्नै पर्छ भनेर सल्लाह दिनुभो र गरियो पनि। operation गरेर घरमा पनि लगियो 18 दिन भै सक्दा पनि नाक बाट रेगुलर पानी बग्न छोडेन।वहालाइ भेटेर सल्लाह लिन खोजे वहाँले बिमारी लियेर आइज मुखले भनेर हुन्न भन्नुभो।भोली पल्ट taxiमा लियेर गये।वाहाले अब ढाड बाट पाइप छिरायेर ब्रैन सम्म पुर्याउने अनि ढाड बाट पानी बगाउने भन्नुभो। मैले सोचे यो त पहिलाको भन्दा ठुलो operation हुन सक्छ।आमा अब एनेस्थेसियानै थाम्ने अबस्थामा हुनुहुन्न थियो। र पनि मैले सोधे डा. साब खर्चचै कति जुटाउनु पर्ला?वाहाले त्यो म भन्न सक्दिन भन्नुभो।फेरि मैले सोधे पहिलाको भन्दा बडि कि कम तेत्ती त भन्नुस पैसा जुटाउनु परेन?। तेस्तै तेस्तै बुझ्नुहोस्न भन्नुभो। तेत्ती भनिसक्दा आमा wheel chair मा राखेको थिये हुनुहुन्न त! डा. साबले अगिनै admit को कागज staff लाइ दिनु भा रैछ भर्ना गर्न कुदाइ सकेको रैछ। मैले ति महिला कर्मचारी को हातबाट कागज खोसे र तपाईंलाइ कस्ले भनो भर्ना गर्न भनेर? तिन्ले डा. ले भनिन।मैले हुदैन भनेर आमा लाइ घर लगे। मेरो बुझाइ थियो ढाड हुदै brain मा पाइप राखेर पानी फाल्नु भन्दा natural trek नाक बाटै जाओस यो लफडाले झन बचाउन सकिन्न भन्ने निर्णय गरे।भोली पल्ट बिहान बाट आफै सन्नकै ठिक भो।एउटा कुरो यहाबाट बुझ्नुपर्ने कुरा के हो भने वाहाले येस्तो operation नै गर्नु नहुने बिमारिलाइ खुब रमायेर opration गर्नुहुदोरैछ मरे पनि दोश नलग्ने operation पनि खासै मिहिनेत गरेर गर्नु नपर्ने ट्युमरको डल्लो बोत्तलमा हालेर देखाइदिये पुग्ने।पैसा आइहल्यो।
This is very big question to all the doctor. Doctor just know the process of treatment once they confirm the real problem. Now question to understand the real problem is very hard in medical practice. It just the symptoms and possible physical test to finalize the problems. Sometimes it went beyond it, that doctors in the world haven't practiced or may research to be done . As a small worker in one of international hospital I have seen many cases worked beyond expectation of everyone.

As a doctor your talks are profound.
One day a question arose in my mind. There is awareness of my body and my mind. Then what is that awareness? How can it be ignored.

I believe each individual can experience death before actual death. Its quite exciting to perceive it. The release of consciousness from your body feels amazing! The entire consciousness remains blended throughout the whole body during the period of what we call 'life'. A fragile and fugitive shape of consciousness builds up there while remaining it with the body for entire life and when it gets released from the body(during death), a perception of body like 'soft body' ascends leaving the physical mass on the ground. In fact, you can attach and detach the process several times as you want. But its not that easy though. And that soft body has the ability to perceive everything as if its still the same living body, however, the surroundings wouldn't be as colorful as they are in reality. Everything, everyone around you looks like distorted and the long you endure the soft body up in the air, the distortion increases - that means, the delusive mass of the consciousness keeps dissolving into nothingness.

Everyone should have right to choose for their death. If he/she doesn't want to live, if he/she has serious pain of physical and mental body, then he/she should get right to choose death.
You would never know how much I adore you Bijaya Sir! I wish to read your second another book also. Hope I can find in Australia! First book Khushi was written very well and stories were so interesting, particularly the Osho part in one of the chapter .

@@nabinjoshi5674 I am a practitioner of VM. Regarding your question, you won't be benefited by my answer on whether I've gotten my answers or not. If I say yes or no, there's no way to prove it and there's no way that I can help you by explaining my experience. You have to practice on your own, experience yourself. If you want to really understand how VM works, attend a 10 day course (if you haven't) and practice correctly.

Performed mechanical thrombectomy with equipment illegally imported from India for which you wouldn't be provided any vat invoices. They are allowed to perform this procedure without knowing the parameters of success rate and runs the hospital at below standard. He's right talking about vegetative state for majority of patients discharged from his Annapurna Hospital and seems like absolutely correct when he speaks about transferring kidney if he can. Gobsmacked to find this hospital under his leadership. Wouldn't recommend to visit this centre at all.
