Ugggh the smooth buffer is the stuff of dreams, I have no idea how it makes everything look so polished , it’s probably the brush that has made the most difference to my face 🙈
That Rephyr 21 was created by Mel as a special request to Rephyr as a replacement for the natural Mac 242. So glad she did that because I loved the 242 and you’re right, the R 21 surpasses it.
Thank you for doing this video. Great explanations of why and how. It is my opinion that you can never have too many brushes. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
omg I was looking for brush recommendations for powder and cream products and I just couldn't find any video that provided that in one place. Thank you SO MUCH Charlotte! You're the BEST!!
Thank you so much!! I appreciate the thorough explanation of each brush and why it’s your favorite. You definitely have a beautiful brush collection. Thank you again ❤️
This is the third time I’ve watched this video - just got the Sonia G smooth buffer and detail pro - I’m excited about the versatility. I’m surprised how many people say they use the buffer for bronzer. I’m not sure how I’m going to use the detailed one yet. I LOVE the Jumbo base the best of any foundation brush I’ve ever had, and I’ve had natural, synthetic, flat, dome, etc. love it!
I have slightly smaller eyes than yours and I use rephr 15 for transition, 13 for outer v and Rephr 2 for lid and smoking lower lash line. I use 21 for shimmers too and I love it. It reminds me of Mel every time I use 21…. 😥❤️. I go between aforementioned ones and Sonia G sky set. Love them both…. Can’t live without them. I want to get Sonia G builder 3, I saw Tara use it and I want to try that one for packing my lid colors. BTW, I love your eye shadow you are wearing, you did a wonderful job with glam palette. I wish I could pull off cool tones.
Now I've stuffed my face with Rephr brushes (fantastic sale!!!!) my new goal is Sonia G . Even if I have to go on a makeup "hunger strike", if you know what I mean. I will save all my pennies and sixpences (that'll confuse the Americans and very young Brits 😂😂😂) I am going to own some of her gorgeous brushes. Absolutely brilliant vid. This is greatly appreciated - Thank you 😊 Much love to you Charlotte, I hope you're doing ok sweetheart. ❣❣🧡🧡❣❣🧡🧡❣❣🧡🧡❣❣
What an amazing guide! I love your taste! Thank you for this great informative video ❤️ Do you think it’s worth it to have a back up of the Sonia G Face pro?
Absolutely loved this video. Thank you for your insight on each of these brushes. I love the Sonia G brushes too. Im anxiously awaiting the restock of thr Fusion line. I have a lot of the original Sephora Pro series brushes and there are some true gems , but you never hear anyone talk of them. I don't care for the new Sephora line. They should have left well enough alone.
I have a lot of the same Rephr and Sonia G brushes as you do. This was a great review, and also gave me some great pointers on how to use them! Much appreciated.
I just got a new Rephr brush during 1/2 off sale. Super excited I think 24. It’s a bigger one u was thinking bronzer. I Also got some of new storage so excited
Wow this was extremely helpful! I totally agree with every Rephr brush which I own (including the new powder brush for Guerlain meteorites). However, I've gotten very behind with my Sonia G brushes and it's become overwhelming & confusing where to begin! I think the Fusion set has most of what you recommended, of course it's sold out, hence the reason I don't own enough of those brushes... But I used your link & hoping it will return for the holidays!! I did see the new Niji pro! Can't wait to see you use it & give your thoughts. Thanks for sharing 🤍
All the Sonia G brushes 💕; I don't know what I did before them 🤷🏼♀️! I have missed out on the new one though 😩 . I like my Rephr, but they're not quite as sofas my Sonia G and Wayne Goss so Goss 16 is my blender
It seems like a fantastic brush collection, however, I wonder if you use all of them when you travel or for faster makeup application, or if you use other multitasking brushes for those occasions.
Such a helpful video Charlotte! Think I can now press the button on my Rephr basket (which I’ve refilled about 10 times!). Every time I see you wear Cinnibar it stings as I didn’t get my hands on it - such a great pairing with Glam! 💄💋🙌🏻
Thank you Charlotte for making me pull my Sonia G brushes out to use. I have 2 sets of her face cream brushes (sorry can't remember the name) and I purchased 2 sets because I use creams daily for my contour/bronzer and blush. And I'm lazy doing all those brushes.
Sonia just restocked some of her brushes, I was going to order that Face Pro but can you tell me what that brush you were waiting to get to see if it replaced this one? Thank you
I love videos about brushes i just love brushes, jumbo base is brilliant i do have the new Rephr foundation brush but its a present for Christmas so don't have my hands on it yet, i love the Sonia G Lotus detail brush and the soft definer, the detail is amazing for really pigmented blush so that you don't end up like a clown 🤣 the definer for smoking out the lash line, Lotus base for cream contour, definitely Sonia G fusion mini base for cream blush 😊
Excellent video, I completely agree with most of these & have a few added to my Xmas list… but you’ve also just tempted me to buy the LM passion fruit blush, it looks beautiful on you with the glorious Cinnabar lip. I had to get it, you look utterly beautiful!
Love your logic for brushes that work for you. Surprised you are not a Wayne Goss fan, my personal favorite line. Way too many makeup brushes in the world these days.
Great Video as always Stunning thumbnail tho Beyond Beautiful you are Ur Makeup always on Point Cute Ass Lipstick on u Hope you EnJoying your Bless Week 😇😇Be Safe Always😇😇
Hello Charlotte! I have been away from youtube for a long time due to a new, stressful job. I have missed your channel and am so happy to see your videos again! I'm looking for a beauty artist on youtube whom you have mentioned before and can't remember her name. She had super short hair (almost bald) and was a MAC makeup artist years. She's American and starts her videos with the phrase, "Hello Beauties". I cannot find her anywhere. So you know who I'm talking about?

She was sooo pissed at MAC😂😂
For under eye powder I prefer Wayne Goss Air Brush,it has the perfect shape and is sooooo soft with the squirrel hair♥️
My fave also
You look stunning in the cinnabar-lipstick. My favorite this autumn! 🥰
It's so good!
You look lovely! The eye, the lip color, glowy skin, the top; simply perfect.
Wow! I love this "old Hollywood" kind of makeup on you! So classy!
Thank you for doing this video. Great explanations of why and how. It is my opinion that you can never have too many brushes. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

You are so welcome! Thank you for giving me the idea! x
That lipstick and shirt combo just stunning 😍 great brush video we share many favorites 😘 💕
You look particularly stunning in this video!!!! I think its the combo of your makeup...eyes, base, lips and your hair & blouse. So gorgeous!!!
Love the filter & lipstick~ looks great

Omg I love and have the same fav brushes as you.
I wonder why 🤗😘😘😘😘 love your content
If you like the Rephr 32. Try the hakuhodo I6451(synthetic) and the G6451 (goat/squirrel) brush
Thank you so much. I hope Sonia G has a restock of some of the brushes you mentioned soon. They are on my Christmas wish list.
I hope so too! xx

I have those rushes too, and love them as well. Thank you for the guidance.
What a very helpful video! Loved it, thank you🥰
I had to pause and get pen and paper. Such a helpful video, going into where and why you use the brushes too. 👍
So glad it was helpful! xx
So glad you decided to film this one! You look gorgeous ❤️

There are so many face brushes I would like to purchase individually from Sonia G. but, holy moly, she takes fooorrever to restock.
Wowwww this was fast! I wish i can execute my videos one day with this speed 🙃🙃🙃
It seems like a fantastic brush collection, however, I wonder if you use all of them when you travel or for faster makeup application, or if you use other multitasking brushes for those occasions.
I looooooooove your top! Can you share where you bought it from?
I wanna use this Rephr sale to get my first Rephr brushes in, just need to decide on which set I’ll go for. Thank you for this, it’s been helpful!
Yessssssss Charlotte you did it 😃😃😃😃😃thank you so much, you are the best 😘
You are so welcome!
Omg your first brush is what I just bought and I'm waiting to arrive! So excited for it. I don't know why I waited so long

Charlotte, I would love to do a cut crease, is there any chance you could do a tutorial please? As easy as possible for a numpty like me!🙈 xx
Hi, Charlotte!!! Thanks for the video, I own many of the brushes you mentioned and now I can reevaluate my application techniques 😅
Very helpful 😘😘😘
You are so welcome!
Hi Charlotte, did the fav Soniag bronzer brush change? I am debating whether to buy jumbo bronzer?
Love this info ty! And you look fabulous!
Sonia just restocked some of her brushes, I was going to order that Face Pro but can you tell me what that brush you were waiting to get to see if it replaced this one? Thank you

I love my rephr brushes too! How do you spot clean the natural hair brushes when you use cream products like concealer, foudation, etc? Thanks!
I use my Sonia G brush towel x
I needed this information. Thank you!

I found her! It's Mel Thompson. You two are my favorite makeup artists on youtube!
Mel was a true artist. ❤️💔
@@ShonaMM75 Was? What happened to her?
@@camillehally8237 She sadly passed away last month 💔
@@Silviaexcuchuflus This is heartbreaking. She was such an amazing artist and was always shining like a light.
God this was a good idea.
Rephyr is the new Morphe. They have sent all RUclipsrs their brushes & now they all we hear about. Kinda over it. I’m not interested in Rephyr.
None of them available in the UK 🥹 feels like in the UK nobody uses natural bristle make up brushes , feels like it is illegal here 😂 so gutted 🥹
