    i always make a point of visiting Fort Santiago and Intramuros when in Manila. did a fantastic walking tour of both with the late great Carlos Celdran. Through him discovered so much about the area. One that stands out was a small room, the floor, ceiling and walls covered with names, Filipino, American and European. The names of the 150 people executed in the room during the Battle of Manila.
