Bryce reads the field very well. He trust his receivers to make plays which is why he doesnt run a lot. Our TEs did good

Wow I know it’s against backups but man that offensive line looks great rn. I’m loving the new offensive scheme, really helping Bryce get out of the pocket safely and he made some great throws here

Agreed. Ickey was getting beat by backups last preseason so it’s still some progress i guess for now tho
I’m sick of the narrative that Bryce can’t stay healthy. AR and Stroud were hurt at some point last year, and Bryce after getting pummeled last year, was only out for one game in which he could’ve played.
Longevity concerns for smaller players isn't about one year. Most 22 year old kids bounce back pretty quickly.
It's about year 3+.
Hell even that tiny RB from Chicago made it a few years before he broke in half.
@@WerdUp13 comparing a RB to a QB isn’t a good example. With a better O-Line, the hits shouldn’t be as frequent and with the way the NFL protects QBs in general, the health concerns, while somewhat valid, should honestly be consistent with every QB.

One thing I've noticed is the team as a whole is not making mental mistakes ala bad penalties. They seem to be well coached up and are in the correct formation... something that plagued the team a year ago. Good start and I am eager to see this team develop
It wasn't his fault last year it was the play calling he got a better play caller now.

Complete 180 so far from last year!… a bit worried about Lewis being out and Legette…leggete left a lot to be desired. Back up corner’s were 3/10. But Coker looked good, saw some great run plays and sanders looked good too! Overall it was good to see some positives instead of 60 minutes of 3 and outs. Under center is not something BY can do regularly. He did it like 3 times in his entire college career.
At that size you eliminate any quick passes if he is under center. Playing mostly from shotgun is how BY has won in the past and he has to find a way to make it work in the pros.
Was still missing our starting center and LG. If you notice some of the snaps are high and kinda hard

Young looks MUCH better than he did last year. You can tell by certain things. For example, recognizing the blown coverage for the touchdown. That's a play he would've missed just not having awareness. So, it's only preseason but there's optimism from what I saw he can make a leap in entire game production.

Ehhh still looks the same holds the ball to long he depends on running to one side of the field to make throws down the field completions looked like blown coverages where the receiver was runnin wide ass open by himself and mind u this was the bills second and third string defense
I will say this they should keep jt sanders and jordan matthews as the starting tight ends they look wayyyy better than ian thomas and tremble i was impressed by sanders and matthews route running

All depends on this O Line. Give him some time, and he’ll make some plays.
For bryce young to have a breakout year he needs to do 3 things. Get 4 wins, have 4 games without a turnover, and 4 games with over 300 passing yards. That would be twice as much as last year for him. I also didnt like how when he was pressured, he was holding the football with only 1 hand. Idc if big ben or cam newton do that, but hes barely 5'10. I dont trust that in the long run

I agree with you but I also believe It’s less about WHO we are playing against and more importantly HOW we are playing. It’s good to see them coming together and making the correct blocks, running the correct routes and making the correct reads even against lesser competition. There was A lot left to be desired but this was the perfect time to get OUR starters real time experience without a high risk of injuring starters.
