Say dude, thanks for posting this. Been looking for a smaller boat as I grow older and my yak gets heavier. Was hoping for some details on your boat. Weight, weight load, etc etc cost . Thanks again
Thanks! That boat dry is about 112lbs. As far as load it’s rated for 550lbs but just to see we have tested it in the local pond and cruised it around at about 1.5mph with a 40lb thrust trolling motor with 5 adults squeezed in it. I wouldn’t recommend this but it does ride very stable. My son and I have even taken it in the ocean. We have a few other videos of the boat from when we first got it
You take the prop off and the shear pin out and undo the two screws that have a Allen head on the lower unit and takeoff the cover and put unit in there. If you haven’t you are ruining your engine because they don’t come with lower unit oil.
Little late but yes they do not come with anything and you gotta take the prop off and the seal on lower unit . Comes with Allen wrenches for that reason and the prop pin . There are videos on it .
Should be a good little river skiff!
It's coming along nicely.

Where did you get the grab bar from
That is a Brocraft marine grab bar, you can get one on Amazon. I wrapped the top in paracord
Where did you get that measurement tape? 😊

Take a file and file the prop down till it does not rub against the unit
Filed the bolt instead of the prop to avoid throwing it off balance. Talked about it in the video after that one. Thanks for watching
I had the same motor for the same boat that you have. The motor has no power. My propeller locked up, and I sent it back and got a full refund.
Am new, man. I add you.
Thanks for following along with us! Hoping to get some more footage with the boat this weekend.
