- So how thick are Nike Air Max 95's? Big Rob from CelebHeights with a measurement video of a new pair of AirMax 95, to find out just how much height increase they give you.
The air max 95 heel height is quite substantial, more than your average sneaker thickness, but are they as thick as Shox, or 270's?

Love air maxes. Particularly the 95 for its looks. I’m an inch shy of 6ft and they bring out that extra inch of height I just wasn’t meant to have lol.

I know it might be a bit hard to get, however I can suggest the yeezy boost 380, as many have said that there is noticeably more boost on the boost 380 than the 350 v2, and also there is more heel slope which could also give more height.

In the air max 200 video his height is 173.5 but in this video his height actually increased to 173.7cm by mistake so i think the air max 95 increase in height is the same as the air max 200.

Rob, do you think having an leg a fraction or two shorter than the other ,will affect your height measurement?
Yes it will, most of the time it's because the muscles on the side of your leg gets too tight and move slightly your hipbone higher, i recommend you doing stretches or going to a chiropractor to adjust your leg (which in most cases it comes with scoliosis too)
@@mlggodzilla1567 I don’t have scoliosis, doctor told me , I just remarked accidentally that one leg is a bit shorter. I do a lot of exercise including yoga
Look into operations, they can also make a bit taller, in addition to making you stand and walk correctly.

Anyone know if there is a difference in the height increase of the normal 95s and the essential version of the 95s I have a feeling they are the same but maybe they are different I doubt it though since the sole of the shoe looks the same
Im 6'0.5 with them on in the afternoon (sometimes 6'0.4), which puts me as flat 5'11 barefoot.
Hi Rob, After 10 hours of waking up, my height is 6.3 - 7.2 mm's above the 5'6 mark, on a less stressful day. On a little more stressful day, after 10 hours of waking up, my average measurement is 5mm's above the 5'6 mark. Sometimes I could hit this low,10 hours after waking, but then if I lay down to rest for a while (maybe 30mins) around 8:30 ish pm, I could go back to measuring 6.3-7.2 mm's above the 5'6 mark, before bed (around 10:30 pm). I feel good claiming almost 5'7, I hope it isn't such a bad claim?

i dunno, i am a height measurement nut and I did measure airmax 95 before. it is 3.2 cm. Air max 720 is the only pair of sneakers in general nike shoe products (excluding some custom and special ones) that has over 3.5 cm.
Do you know of any shoes that look good and don't look bulky that give around 3.5cm?

right away i can say it is 3.5 cm lifting. the key is to find those looking like moderately high heel, yet whose color can downplay the highness of the heel, such as the pure black in the above link. I like this website in general, has a lot of decent thick men shoes, the key word you should be searching for is chunky and stacked in any website, and use this pair black shoe (i would buy this pair if i am currently in need of a new pair of chunky one) in the above link as the measuring stick in comparison.
as for the sport shoes, most of them that has decent 3.5 cm lift have quite outrageously stacked look i am sure you dont like, the way i would do is that i do buy airmax 95, airmax plus NT, lebron 15, 16, all of them has about 3.2 cm, you can just stuff another layer of insole or even some well padded tissue paper under the existing insole, both of which get you hitting 3.5 cm and you wont notice any discomfort.
How come he got 3.7cm but you got 3.2?

So shrinking between out of bed-height and lowest can be up to 3cm.
Is it a good claim?
shrinking 3cm is alot, i only shrink 1.4cm

If you’re 5’10.5 or 5’10 and 3/4 I’d just round up to 5’11. That’s what most people do anyways

Is your posture tip-top? I used to be 179.5in the morning, 177.8 at eve. Fixed my anterior pelvic tilt (noticeable), rounded shoulders and nerd neck (mild), and now stand at circa 180.3 at eve. Wake up at around 182. Really, fix the posture if you haven't already.

I used height insoles on height boosting shoes, that I also tweaked a bit, and stand around 193cm(6"3"?) from about 175 cm.
And I want to do the operation too: the conservative one for a solid extra 6-8 cm for my tibia and about 5-7 cm femur. I have really healthy bones, and eat a lot of calcium.
