Rob actually being just over 5’8 barefoot he has shorter arms and a general shorter look than a 6fter which makes him look really tall in those lifts. It may be my subjective perception but basketball players look shorter than they are because of their unusually long wingspans compared to their heights.
asdfghjk 6’0-6’2 is tall 6’3-6’6 is really tall 6’7-6’10 is super tall 6’11-7’0+ is huge I’m 6’7 and I personally would love to be just in the 6’0-6’2. It’s the perfect height. Even 5’10-5’11 really. You’re still taller than average.
asdfghjk yeah bro. My body isn’t proportioned at all. I’m all legs and arms. It’s hard to buy clothes and shoes at stores that fit. I gotta order a lot of stuff. My pants inseam is 38 inches and my shoe size is 16.
asdfghjk it depends how long your legs are. There’s like long legs and there’s really long legs. It sounds stupid but if you know what I mean it makes sense. And yeah it is fun to tower over people. You make tall people look small.
I have friends who are 5'9 1/2 and 5'10 who claim they are 6'0 all the time...Real 6'0 is pretty tall...Many people lie about their heights in real life, especially those who are 1 or 2 inches away from 6'0. They always claim 6'0....That's why american measurements are not accurate...Measuring in cm is the most accurate way to go.
I totally agree... I was in shock when Tony Little was on national tv (HSN) selling a massage chair and mentioned that he was 5'8.😂😭🤣 I I'm 5'7, (5'11 with heels) and I couldn't even believe that "petite" gentleman was taller than me When I googled him, it was funny to find out that 20 years ago he was just 5'6 whic I don't believe was accurate enough. That guy looks like 5'5 with shoes and he was so proud saying " I'm just 5'8 and this chair is big enough for me. LOL That was a joke! Men and women lie all the time about their high. I was dating a guy who told me she was 5'9 but I was a head taller than him. Very disappointing since I like tall guys, not discrimination or pond intended but I don't feel attracted by short guys. Sorry about my English, it's not perfect but I'm sure you got my point.
I’m 5’9 1/2 and always just claim 5’10 haha. Most of my friends are 5’11 - 6’4 so I’d never get away with it. Average height in Ireland is 5’10 1/2 so I’m a little under. It’s crazy how nutrition influences height so much as 100 years ago the average height here was 5’5
I'm 5'6 and I never claim being 5'7 or 5'8, I'm exactly 167cm, and yes, i'm short as shit,a bit sad because my father is 5'9 or 175cm. Btw, i'm 18 so I don't really know if i can probably grow 1 more inch or half inch, I don't know, i'll turn 19 in 4 months from now.
It depends on the material that the lifts are made out of. It's better to get lifts that are a hard plastic and then put a soft insole on top for comfort. Better stability and more height. I made some lifts out of closed cell insulative foam so I could carve it to the shape of my foot + it doesn't compress. Then put my insole on top.
After examining heights for over a year I’ve made a conclusion… I believe that 176cm/5’9.25 at night time(aka your lowest height) is the truly minimum height where height is no longer a noticeable issue and you will never get called short here by most people, and won’t feel short almost anywhere other than Balkans/Netherlands and even there it’s just the cusp of short so never very short anywhere! also it’s the lowest “tolerable” height for me personally…I’m 190cm/6’3 myself
@@elaiswaifu5459 yeah, thats why average is 182cm..im taller than many people, but also many people are above 185cm or even taller than me, it just depends where you go, for example serbs in montenegro are also very tall especially in some villages where height is average 190cm..but yes serbia is very tall
@@elaiswaifu5459 well you are kind of right, but it all depends where you go, because every soith slavic country is very tall..i think in herzegovina people are tallest, bdcause when i was there, i rarely saw someone who is below 185cm.. but i dont know, this is just my experience
I liked the taps the best. Tap - Tap - Tap - Tap - Tap - Tap - Tap. I am also the guy that sets off all of the press my button to test me out ornaments or toys just to see how they all sound going off at the same time.
I remember when I saw the MaxTall commercial for the first time. I laughed like hell. I'm only 5'3" and these products aren't going to help me. I sure hope these taller guys using these have a strong back because they have a long way to bend down to kiss my ass.
You won't be able to fit your feet comfortably in most shoes with all 3 lifts. It's going to make your feet sore and even back sore too. Walking downhill becomes much harder let alone running downhill.
They might advertise the highest point of the white outer sole as 5.5cm, but the insole sits lower than that...I doubt it's even a full 2 inches looking at it again. However, I've not measure it, so can't be certain!!
i would say if u use them every day and ur on ur feet a lot, it wouldnt take much more than a week or 2 prob, but if ur using them every day and not on ur feet a lot, or ur not using them every day and ur not on ur feet a lot, then it'd be a while before u notice anything and it wouldnt even be that big of a difference. if u needed to u could buy new ones sooner or later
@@TheGEOPOLITICIANGUY Bruh. It's a video about height, do you think people are gonna asume you're talking about faces?, you're clearly quite arrogant calling someone a moron like that.

Hey, I am a 6'4'' dude, and I can tell you, height does not matter for real (not in all the important areas of life). Being taller does not make you a better person or makes you instantly likeable, I know that from personal experience. Seriously, your character, your personality and your charisma is the key to a happy life with others. It really doesn't matter how tall you are - I have been in situations in which I tried hard to be liked by new people that I have just met, but occasionally got easily outmatched in charisma by a much smaller guy. Why? Because he had a great personality and did not try hard to be liked at all (whereas I was insecure and totally awkward overcoming my introverse nature). I realized, if you're genuinely yourself, your height doesn't count at all... well, it might count to a certain extent in professional situations or when you met a girl the first time (first impressions), but even then: When your personality is not uplifting, your height does not help you at all. So, be content with yourself, your height and your world around you and everything will be okay. You don't need to be 6 feet tall to be a great person - true greatness comes from the inside, and that is, factually, not bound to an outside physical parameter. :)
@@RobPaul I know someone that places the lifts on top of each other, he buys 2 lift kits...he has calloused the surface of the ball of the foot and the callouses even are on the surface of the bottom of most of the toes as well 😔 anyway I think it’s sad that short people feel the need to do this. I am only 5’1” and apparently it is easier for women to accept they are short.... praying 🙏 it will also be this way for men. It’s not worth messing up your feet!!! I prefer shorter men because they look better and usually have a better perspective on life.
@@yasminalibazoglu3424 You are wrong it's not easier for women to accept they are short. Why 90%+ of women wear heels? Wrong again, most women prefer taller guys (sense of protection and make you look good. It's easier and common for a short woman to look good with a tall guy but not the other way. My heels are part of my essence and personality, that's not negotiable.
@@xx-nr6lu What I was trying to convey is the reason women may find it easier to accept being short. Due to ordinarily it’s not expected for us to be of a tall stature. Also fashionably we have amazing and beautiful high heels to wear. I did not say that most women prefer shorter men. However I said that “I” have a physical preference and usually find shorter men with a better perspective on life (per my encounters). Agreed that most women desire the taller man. In additional high heels unquestionably enable me to look more glamorous. Thank you for reading and responding to my comment. 🙏😊

I would have checked my GH levels if I were you, expecially considering you didn't want to be 6'6-6'7, because, who knows...what if your legs won't stop growing for some time and even when they do it's your torso that will catch up at the same rate? I'm short at 7'1, my two best friends Shaq and Yao Ming always make fun of me. I was looking into buying elevator shoes so I could finally be as tall as them.
It took a lot of courage for me to write this since I do not usually write comments on you tube but I feel like this time is important that I do. But if I can make even one person feel better it will be worth it. I am a 5’9 man in northern Italy where the average hight is more or less the same as in the US (maybe 1 inch lower) and when I was a teenager I developed 2 years later, so for most of high school I was 5’5-5’6 and one of the shortest guys in my class. Also, my father is 6’1 and the boyfriend of my sister 6’4. So, I really understand how it feels to be short. I know that it feels like everybody is judging you only based on this parameter, girls don’t look at you and you constantly need to prove yourself. Even after high school I was really shy with girls and blamed all my problems on my hight. You start to think shit like god hates you or that you deserve to be miserable because you were born this way. You close in yourself and do not talk to others about it because you do not want to be judged and because you think it would not change anything anyway. It got so bad I avoided going to crowded places because I hated seeing couples where the guy was tall, and I could just lay in bad all day telling myself I was worthless. But with time I have realized that if your hight prevents you from approaching girls and it makes you feel this way, your hight is only your second biggest problem. Your hight complex is your first problem and you should work on resolving that. I have many examples from my personal life on why if you think like this guy your attitude is the problem. First, one of my best friends that is as tall as me, is quite good looking, has style and is quite charismatic has always had 7/10-8/10 gfs and he has switched a lot of them. Another friend of mine who is 5’7 has had a stable cute girlfriend for years. Another one I know (5’7) has gone out with one of the most good looking girls of my city and now has another cute girlfriend. When I was in France in Erasmus a roommate of mine was a 5’7 Mexican guy always hanging out with girls and scoring some of them (also a great guy in general). One of my best friends in high school was a literal 9/10. Good looking 6’3 guy with light blue eyes and very fit. But he felt very insecure because he had sweaty hands and he had first girlfriend when he was 20. She was a real bitch and she scarred him making him feel even more insecure. What I am trying to say is that hight is only one of your characteristics. You can improve in character, charisma, style, outgoingness, hobbies, education, and other stuff and make up for it. I am not saying that girls will not notice your hight, I am saying that it is not the end of the world. Being short is only one of the things in your life that is not up to your decision and is not fair. Like having a disability, losing a family member, being born poor, or in a bad family or in a less developed country, having a short dick, getting bald, getting sick or a thousand more. You can’t just base your entire happiness on being perfect or you will never be happy and this has nothing to do with your hight. To the people that say girls on tinder wont date guys shorter than 6’ I tell: think about you being short like being born black in a country where 20-30% of girls are racist. You know that some girls will look at you and not even give you a possibility, but you also know that some girls look through that and some don’t even care. It is full of interracial couples around. Also, don’t be shocked by how entitled some girls are about hight. If you search on google you will probably find black girls crazy enough to state that they would not date black guys. And at the end they are also hurting themselves too, going behind 7’ feet, good looking guys that can choose between 10 other girls and that will likely treat them like crap. Also, life is not how many girls you fuck, you can have a thousand different hobbies and be happier than guys that fuck bitches only to prove their worth. You only need one girl in your life to be happy and some guys are perfectly fine with only friends and hobbies. After accepting this I asked my friends to help me find a girl and in just a couple of months I found one. It is not that hard if you push yourself outside the comfort zone and you stop obsessing about your defects. Every girl deserves a confident man. One of my exs even told me that in her opinion I was tall (she was from the south where guys are a little bit shorter on average). Also, later in life looks count less and less and your job and position in society becomes more important. I personally know at least 2 couples where the wife is very good looking and the guy is short and quite ugly but has a good job. If you have read up until know it means that this comment speaks to you. Don’t fall in the rabbit hole of social media and you tube videos where girls are displayed shitting on guys due to their hight or other nasty comments of this sort. I am not saying that hight does not matter but if you can compensate with other qualities only a minority of girls will still reject you. A good rule to start is to cut off content that makes you feel like shit for your hight in social media and you tube. Start blocking accounts now! Then speak about how you feel with people close to you like your parents. SEEK COUNSELLING, REALLY DO IT. It is worth it I can swear. However, if you do not have the money buy a book on overcoming lack of self esteem and follow it. It really changed my life. I used Self-esteem by Matthew Mckay. Good luck on your journey of accepting yourself. It took me 1,5h to write this comment so if you feel moved by it hit the like and tell me your experience so that more people can see it and we can foster positivity. Good luck guys. You are not alone.
Your friend who sweats alot from his hands, i had the same problem, the best way to fix it is with a machine called dermadry, there are other options like bottox or even surgery, but bottox only last 6 months and its expensive to be doing from 6 to 6 months, and surgery can have side effects like compensatory sweat, wich sucks if it goes from hands to forehead, this machine is like 200-300 bucks, had mine for over 3 years now, it absolutely works, you should tell him to give it a try, 20 minutes a day, in 1 month max 2 he will have NO sweat coming from his hands and when he reaches this point of not sweating, he can start doing it less to just maintain, like 3-4 times a week, just saying this cuz i knew the struggle xD

Collumn Thomas I wouldn’t even worry about it height rn basket ball players are a lot taller than the average person if u are really into basketball ur height should naturally increase
Adam Amir ur height doesn’t increase that much natural from Basketball alone, ur need to do squats to release growth hormone, and need to eat in a caloric surplus, to have a chance to gain some inches on your genetic height. Therefore you can maximize ur genetic height.
Be careful with these if you are in a job on your feet all day. I wore 1.5 lift in docs for a real nice boost but I started to get lower back ache. I think they are best used for occasional purposes or if you aren't on your feet for 8 hours straight.
I started wearing single-lifts in my chelsea boots and I find that much more comfortable than bare-feet in them. Plus the 4 cm increase gives me more confidence when I'm out walking.
1 Layer - 0.71 inches (1.8cm) 2 Layers - 1.06 inches (2.7cm) 3 Layers - 1.42 Inches (3.6cm) 4 Layers - 1.7 inches (4.3cm) NOTE: Results may vary based on your weight and how often the insoles are used as they become more compressed over time
@@undiluted7248 yeah but its diminishing returns with every layer you put on. you're best off just going for 1 layer, and only wearing it for special occasions. I heard multiple layers is really uncomfortable for your feet and back
I disagree with all the hate towards lifts. All boots make you taller. So if you put inserts in, and people know you're shorter, you can say "well yeah I'm wearing boots". If your Tinder says 5'7" and then you show up to a date 5'9" just say "yeah I'm wearing boots". It's actually a plus for girls. If you're the same height as them, they're going to be taller than you by wearing heels, which might make you insecure. If you wear lifts, you can both look taller. Win win. As long as you're honest with someone you're trying to date about your actual height, they probably won't care. What's more eye catching is your actual appearance (style, haircut, fitness, teeth etc) and your personality. A couple inches really doesn't matter that much.
The problem is that I’ve lied about my height to my online boyfriend, I’ve edited my height in multiple pics before and sent them to him, now he thinks I’m extremely tall, even though I’m really short irl 🥲
Maybe it also depends on your weight? If you’re heavier then it will compress (don’t know if that’s the right word, but I hope you get the point) the shoe pads since it’s sort of made from rubber. Last time I measured myself, I was around 5’2 and I believe my mother and sisters are the same height and my father is around 5’5 and I look as tall or even taller than my dad when I’m wearing shoes with the shoe pads. It says it will add 3 inches to your height which I believe because if I’m the same height as my dad then it did add about 3 inches
Thanks, people forget that the lifts compress when worn as you put your weight on it so the advertised height is not accurate but also depends on your body weight.
Wearing lifts I’ve noticed they temporarily get compressed (not right away but after some time) after taking off they soon return to the previous height, so if we subtract that, the added height is even less. Rob, what non-boot shoes would you recommend for lift-wearing?
Imagine wearing this to school with your girl who's the same height but since your wearing this people think your taller. Guy:* *Snatches your shoes as a joke* * Your girl: * *Watching you if your gonna do some bout it.* * You: * *Stand up to prove yourself, but you realize what you've done* *
I`ve started utilizing this method *4GrowTaller. Com* 3 months ago. My height is actually 5’8 and now it attained 5’9. Then I stooped, but now I am going to give this another go.... hopefully I will get 5`11, you need to look and discover it..
Hey Rob, if i measure 6'1.2 in morning and low of 5'11.8 is that realistic height loss? it seems weird i could lose 1.3 inches, that much height seems unrealistic.
the taller u are as well the more height u would lose. its because of ur weight and ur height being on ur spine constantly, and so if they are both high, you lose more height. for me, im 6'9.1* and im 173.7* on average. my tallest is 6'9.5* yet my lowest is 6'8.75* Sometimes it even reaches 6'8.5*. But overall, it depends on all the pressure u put on ur spine. with u reaching the 6 feet range, it makes sense why u lose so much height, and main thing is, if u do a lot of exercise and all, that'd also make u lose more height
Damn,as someone who’s 191cm I don’t see why anyone above 180 cm would need any lift,at your height you should feel comfy,i feel gigantic just walking around in flip flops 😅

Here’s a guide to enhancing height with shoe lifts (this excludes elevator shoes where the additional lift is built in, as I personally don’t like these shoes). 1. Stick to appropriate footwear that have a higher cut (high tops, boots, Chelsea boots, any shoe with a high rise ankle support) so that the lift is not visible when the shoe is stationary and on the floor. The lower the cut of the shoe, the smaller the lift should be. If you want to wear a lower cut shoe, then try to get most of the enhancement from the shoe itself, so that the amount of additional lift you need is minimal (such as Nike 2090s which add 1.5 inches of height alone, all you need is a 0.5 inch lift to get 2 inches in total), which links to the next step. 2. Wear shoes that already give more height, so that the amount needed from the lift is reduced: such as Nike air max, timberlands or similar, and formal boots with a thicker heel. That way, if in the rare circumstance someone comments that you’re taller, you can tribute that to your timberlands being a chunky boot etc. 3. Generally, do not enhance by more than 3 inches (this includes the regular height of the inbuilt heel/sole and additional lift). Exceptions are if it’s required on a movie/tv show set by the costume department, or if cosplaying as a taller character. 4. Enhancement should be context dependent. If with close family, no more than 1.5-2 inches. If visiting a location where you have to remove your shoes, no more than 1.5 inches. If in public areas where you won’t be removing shoes, 2 inches is fine, and 3 inches in some situations (ideally 2.7 being the highest). The taller you already are, the more of a lift you can get away with as bare foot you will already still be taller than most. 5. Use indoor footwear to reduce the difference between bare foot and enhanced foot wear, i.e. wearing a 1 inch slider/slipper for indoor use, after returning home wearing a 2 inch shoe, will show a less exaggerated difference in height. This is where taking a girl back to your home may be better than going back to hers. When you return home from the date with her, simply take off your enhanced footwear and put on your sliders, and then when going into the bed with her, slip your sliders off just before entering, and put them on subtlety when walking again. When travelling anywhere where you will be staying overnight, bring your sliders. If in the rare circumstance anyone comments on why you like to wear sliders, say that you naturally have flatter feet and it’s recommended to wear sliders that have arch support or some bs. 6. Always keep the original shoe insole inside the shoe with the lift; remove the original insole without damaging them, insert the enhanced lift and then place the original insole on top of the lift. This is so that, if someone were to look into your shoes, they would not see a foreign lift inside but only the insole that came as part of the shoe. 7. Wear the correct leg wear, that accommodates the thicker shoe/enhancement. This includes flared/bootcut jeans, trousers, and jogging pants. See men in the 80s as an example, or politicians who wear enhanced footwear. Stay away from slim or skinny fit trousers. Ideally, the bottom of the trouser should cover a large part of the shoe to make them look less obvious. This doesn’t mean you have to wear baggy trousers. The trouser can be fitter on the thighs and seat area, but as long as it gradually flares out towards the lower half of the left, this should give the desired effect. 8. Bonus: never talk about shoe lifts, enhancement or height, as you want the enhancement to be subtle. If anyone asks about your height, claim at most 1 inch above your actual height (i.e. if you are 5’9, you can claim 5’10) or say just over 5’9, even if your shoes make you 5’11+. 9. Additional Bonus: accept your height! Especially if you are average, close to average or above average, there is nothing to be concerned about. This guide is about enhancing, just a little more ‘vertical superiority’, and nothing more. It’s no different than getting the right haircut that suits your head shape, or working out to look better, or wearing the right fitting clothes to accentuate your physique. It’s all part of being the best version of yourself!
Don't know if you will see this comment but does anyone know if it's actually possible to wear a insole that is up to 0,5 inches in airmax 2090 without the feeling of almost slipping out the shoe. I haven't bought those shoes yet
Well I'd say yes, Most women aren't really insecure abt their height. But us men are always expected to look taller than women and so they become insecure and have to use lifts like me 😬😁 at least the short ones. A lot of prejudice in the world.
I suppose it depends on what your expectations are but imo a base (no attachment layers) increase 1.8cm (⁷⁄₁₀-inch) over what your shoes would normally give you without is extremely good amount if it’s very comfy. No layers or one layer attachment (1 full inch) seems worth it. I heard they get more uncomfortable throughout the day if there’s too many layers/if it’s too thick. 3 inch lifts actually giving only 1.7 inches (slightly over half of what is advertised) is not worth discomfort or trying to force it to fit your shoe
Those things are actually worth it imo, it can make you like 7cm taller add it with already tall shoes like shoes that gives you 3-5cm height then you'll be 10-12cm taller it actually gives you more confident like if you wanna go to mall, walking through the streets, etc.
Bro if you're at the beach or wearing sandals ect , you cannot wear boots everyday, plus its uncomfortable wearing lifts , and if you meet a girl lets say she's 1.72m and you are 1.70 but with massive lifts you are 1.80cm , the first time you walk barefoot next to her at the beach or a pool party , she's goning to be like , " fuck this guy shrunk"

Lover Boy look at your family history and your parents...when did they stop growing? If most of them stopped at 18 then you will too...if not then you’ll grow! My family relatives and my mom stopped growing around the ages of 21-23(yeah it’s possible to grow for that long) I’m 19 and still growing although at a slower rate than before so I’ll most likely stop at 21-23 too.
Jorge Quirarte since people lie about height...most will think you’re 6’2...I bet you get a lot of guys saying:”I’m 6’0 so you’re taller than me” while you look over their heads...
Thanks for the information Rob. I think the lifts without the added layers is 0.71 inches. By the way can you please the heel height of these shoes. LeBron Witness 4. Nike hyperdunk 2019. Kobe Mamba Rage.
And those lift soles.. they add only the amount that they add COMPRESSED UNDER YOUR FEET. THat is the true addition, not the "raw add". And when you walk, the original add-on will always be lessened by the "bounce/squish" of you putting on it.
Males grow later during puberty. Girls have finished growing in height by age 15-16. Males have potential to grow in height, up to 21-22. Can I ask you why you are so hyper focused on the numbers? A half inch in height is not going to change your life in any way noticable. I'm just curious about it. My own son is very tall, like myself. I just like finding out how others, his age, deal with height and weight issues. 😊
Definitely , you will probably end up 6'0.5" just like your dad. I am around your age and 5'9.75", I hope to be 5'11.5". In last 2 month, i have increased about 1.2-1.3cm in height do you think i can make it.
@@DroidVerse97 you are a teenager? Males grow in height, right up to age 21. You should hit your maximum height between the ages of 18-21. Give yourself time. People don't care about the numbers as much as you think. I used to hate being tall. Over time, you will see, how irrelevant it is. You can't change it. You are talking half inches here. Whatever your height, stand tall and be confident.
Hi Rob, I have a question. What do you think would be South sudan average height for men? I've heard that they are very tall and its not uncommon to meet 6'7+ people when walking on street, however i doubt thats true.
This video proves that a 6ft guy barefoot is really tall.
Rob actually being just over 5’8 barefoot he has shorter arms and a general shorter look than a 6fter which makes him look really tall in those lifts. It may be my subjective perception but basketball players look shorter than they are because of their unusually long wingspans compared to their heights.

I have friends who are 5'9 1/2 and 5'10 who claim they are 6'0 all the time...Real 6'0 is pretty tall...Many people lie about their heights in real life, especially those who are 1 or 2 inches away from 6'0.

Rob, at what frequency of use will those lifts settle and lose a bit their height ?
i would say if u use them every day and ur on ur feet a lot, it wouldnt take much more than a week or 2 prob, but if ur using them every day and not on ur feet a lot, or ur not using them every day and ur not on ur feet a lot, then it'd be a while before u notice anything and it wouldnt even be that big of a difference. if u needed to u could buy new ones sooner or later

@@relentlessrescue260 oke.

Get high top boots or sneakers or basketball shoes. They work well
You mean it compressed when you lifts in your shoes at couple hours later do not understand??

the taller u are as well the more height u would lose. its because of ur weight and ur height being on ur spine constantly, and so if they are both high, you lose more height. for me, im 6'9.1* and im 173.7* on average. my tallest is 6'9.5* yet my lowest is 6'8.75* Sometimes it even reaches 6'8.5*.
Great comment. I’ve been wearing lifts for 12 years and this is the same advice I would give anyone, word for word.
